“I went on a date with my boyfriend to this restaurant tonight not expecting much and it turned out to be great. Great pizza, great appetizers and a fantastic atmosphere. We loved the place, we loved the staff and we will definitely be back and can't wait to try their house made pasta.“

“It was a pleasant experience. I dined in. Host was friendly and knowledgeable. I tried pizza, salad and lasagna. Pizza and salad were great. Lasagna wasn’t so great that’s why I can only gave 4*. They serve Mexican and Italian food at the same time tho. Cooks are Spanish think.“

“I wish I had taken photos of my carry out order. Pizza Knight is a hidden gem and highly recommend to anyone wanting to try a different pizzeria that is not in their usual rotation. Staff was kind and prompt with my order, having my pie ready in 30 minutes. One thing I do want to point out is their chicken tenders. They had no right to be as amazing as they were. Highly recommended. Garlic knots were also on point. Just a great place with good food and will now be in my pizza rotation.“

“The first pie I had from John at Fenice was the Detroit Red...which Tony picked up for me last week when i was at work...i finished the whole pie by just after midnight...but I had to go for the regular NY Cheese pie fresh from the oven. We scored one of the two tables there and were able to decide which of the other slices to bring home...it was like a pizza candy store. We didn't finish our pie so brought home two slices, and I wanted to try John's sicilian, I couldn't leave there without a Detroit Red slice and Tony wanted the multi cheese white pizza...every pizza we tried was perfect! something about the dough. The sauce. The cheese. The dough for the Sicilian and the Detroit Red was light and perfectly crunchy on the bottom. Flavor out of this world. We drove from White Plains just to try Pizza Fenice. worth the trip.“

Kid-friendliness: Not at all kid friendly, TV was showing sexy gangster girls firing automatic weapons and trying to look tough in videos.... I'm not a conservative or libertarian but why would we allow kids to watch that kind of thing or show it in a public place like that's normal- acceptable?“

“I went here last night with my girlfriend. I was blown away by the food. I haven't had a dinner this good in a long time. The main course pizza was amazing. The service was top notch and the atmosphere was beautiful and romantic. Everything we ordered passed my high expectations. The garlic Zeppoli's 10/10.Snow white and margherita pizza 10/10. The cannoli's and tiramisu were the best I have ever had. Truly an all around 5 star experience.

“Yesterday was my first time getting a slice from here, and would say that this is the best pizza you can get around this area. The slices are big, so the price is actually reasonable. When I ate the pizza, it held its shape and didn’t sag down—which is plus to me. And the flavors within the pizza taste fresh and not too salty or oily, it’s just right. Definitely will come back.“

“First visit, got the Everything Bagel Calzone, they said it fed two, but it was just me. I ate half of it , and went up for a box, the guy said "wow you ate half's, I said "yeah you said it was good for two". Anyway, it could use less to no salt, as it was it was too salty for me. It was a good calzone nonetheless. It actually would have fed four to six, as garlic knots were attached to the calzone.

Second visit , ordered 25" XL pie to feed our party of four well enough needing a take out box. It's a monster size . Each slice is bigger than your head, take a look at the picture. Very good pizza.

“The food is good. The owners are nice but inflation ruined this restaurant. The Midnight sampler they had was $15 when I first went there. The burger combos were around $11-13. Now the sampler is $27 and the burgers w/ fries are $16. There should be no reason a sandwich (cheesesteak) is $16 and it doesn't come with fries on the side. A plain pizza for $23 is INSANE!! If they lower their prices, this would be a better place to eat at consistently like it was a few years ago.“

“When I first walked in, the guy behind the counter was making pizza and made it clear he wasn’t going to stop to help me, which I loved. It’s like the old-school Bronx pizzeria attitude where making the pizza is more important than customer service. But this pizza is the real deal—you can tell everyone loves what they do. When it came time to pay, the guy who was washing dishes in the back came out and took care of it. At the end of the day, they all work like a team to make sure you don’t wait when it’s time to pay. “I have passed this place thousands of times, but never ate here. I stopped in tonight and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered pizza, 2 heroes and some cannoli's to go. The pizza was excellent and in my opinion, better than the pizza at other nearby restaurants! The heroes also got great reviews!! Although I'm not a huge fan of cannoli's, they were very good and hit the spot :) I have no idea why it took me so long to try this place out, but I will def. be back! The staff was also super friendly.

Parking: Parking can be challenging, especially on the weekends, but definitely worth the effort!“

“Hands down one of the best restaurants in Riverdale! The food is tasty and good portions. Also, it’s a BYOB so enjoying a great meal with friends and bringing in a few burgles frown the liquor store down the block offers a great meal and you save on the wine! “I went in today to get a slice of pizza. The food look very appealing so I actually ended up getting a slice of pizza and a Sicilian. I sat down to eat the slice. It was amazing grape flavor crust just the way I like it. The cheese had a good flavor as well. It was a good quality cheese, I recommend this to anybody. I’m from the Bronx and I’ve had a lot of good pizza and also have Brooklyn and Manhattan pizza spots and this definitely ranks up there with them. Staff was very friendly. They even brought the pizza to where I was standing at and I’ve never experienced that before .“

“It was not a full house so noise level was low. Fried artichoke appetizer was crispy and dipping sauce was good. Ahi tuna was well executed. My shrimp over pasta with artichoke, sun dried tomatoes in garlic and oil tasted too lemony for my taste. Adding salt helped. Overall a nice meal and I would go back. It is a BYOB. The previous restaurant in that location was not so the bar area is used for extra tables.“
