“We stopped here while traveling from RI to PA and WOW are we glad we did. We needed a place to accommodate our small pup so we stopped to ask if they had outdoor seating. They didn’t but they created it by carrying a table and chairs outside for us - talk about customer service! Nick was such a fantastic host - setting us up, providing exceptional service and great conversation! I also can’t forget to mention how incredible the pizza and chicken roll were! “Got invited to a #yelp event. I said pizza. I’m in. This place is kind of hidden but well worth it. Many pizza slices available. Soon as you walked in and smell the greatness you are going to have. The had sandwiches as well. I decided to get the Popeye slice (spinach & ricotta) and a prosciutto slice. Oh my goodness was amazing!! They had about 10 flavors of gelato to pick from as well. I got a scoop of the pistachio & a scoop of fruity pebbles. I was told by the owners daughter who was at register (very polite & friendly) they make them in house. I had to drive little of 30 min to get there. If you’re in the area stop by or if you like me take a ride. You won’t be sorry. There’s a fountain outside where you or the kids can cool off. Diners were dressed in the full spectrum from casual to sequins to Filoli Nightfall costumes. As a party of four, we tried almost everything on the pre-fixe menu. Nothing disappointed. “We recently discovered this amazing pizza and baked goods spot while dining at its sister restaurant, Al Dente Pasta Co., next door. Luciano's is now my favorite pizza spot in the area! Their dough is amazing and it really stands out in the white pizza with sausage and their simply amazing garlic knots (served with lots of fresh garlic and high quality olive oil). We are hooked! The staff go above and beyond (they treated us to a fabulous homemade chocolate chip cookie on a recent order). Their catering menu looks wonderful. “If you’re ordering a large amount of food from A&V Pizza to go on a Friday evening, do yourself a favor and call *90 minutes ahead* because there’s probably going to be a wait. But I will say this: **it is worth every second.** My son and I went there for dinner. It was actually my first time, although he goes pretty often with his father, and I was seriously impressed. I ordered the **Shrimp Francese with linguine in the same Francese sauce**, along with a side of sautéed spinach. My son ordered the **Chicken Francese**, also with pasta in the Francese sauce. There was a little mix-up and his pasta came with marinara instead, but honestly, he didn’t even mind because everything was still that good! 😂 We also ordered a **large pizza with extra sauce**, and that was delicious too. We called our order in about an hour and 10 minutes before arriving and still waited another 25–30 minutes once we got there. They were BUSY — so definitely plan ahead on a Friday night. But the food? **Absolutely worth the wait.** Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and like the kind of Italian food you’re already thinking about ordering again before you’ve even finished what’s on your plate.
