Besides a superlative slice of pizza their Sicilian is larger than others without being burnt on top (commonly found elsewhere), and their version of the Deep Dish slice is tremendous. They didn’t but they created it by carrying a table and chairs outside for us - talk about customer service! The had sandwiches as well. I decided to get the Popeye slice (spinach & ricotta) and a prosciutto slice. Oh my goodness was amazing!! They had about 10 flavors of gelato to pick from as well. I got a scoop of the pistachio & a scoop of fruity pebbles. I was told by the owners daughter who was at register (very polite & friendly) they make them in house. I had to drive little of 30 min to get there. If you’re in the area stop by or if you like me take a ride. You won’t be sorry. There’s a fountain outside where you or the kids can cool off. “We recently discovered this amazing pizza and baked goods spot while dining at its sister restaurant, Al Dente Pasta Co., next door. Luciano's is now my favorite pizza spot in the area! Their dough is amazing and it really stands out in the white pizza with sausage and their simply amazing garlic knots (served with lots of fresh garlic and high quality olive oil). We are hooked! The staff go above and beyond (they treated us to a fabulous homemade chocolate chip cookie on a recent order). Their catering menu looks wonderful. “Hi, just wanted to say. How great this place is. I ordered on Satuday. They forgot to add my 2 chicken empanadas to my pick up oder. I called and left a message but they were closed. I called on Monday spoke to Stepanie and she was very apologetic. She suggested i pick them up. Which I did. Long story short. They replaced it with 4 empanadas. Great customer service. Their francese sauce is absolutely fantastic, the stuffed lasagna excellent and the best Ceasar salad I ever had. “I have been coming to Charlie's for about 2 to 3 months when I come see my mom at her physical therapy facility and I have to stop and get a slice , my nephew comes on the weekends with my sister and we have to get his pie to go home. It never gets home it's gone in the car.
Great great pizza I must say, it's done to perfection, no drippy sauce no rubbery cheese, just done right. And Charlie and his staff wonderful treatment of us all.
