“We stopped here while traveling from RI to PA and WOW are we glad we did. We needed a place to accommodate our small pup so we stopped to ask if they had outdoor seating. They didn’t but they created it by carrying a table and chairs outside for us - talk about customer service! Nick was such a fantastic host - setting us up, providing exceptional service and great conversation! I also can’t forget to mention how incredible the pizza and chicken roll were! “Got invited to a #yelp event. I said pizza. I’m in. This place is kind of hidden but well worth it. Many pizza slices available. Soon as you walked in and smell the greatness you are going to have. The had sandwiches as well. I decided to get the Popeye slice (spinach & ricotta) and a prosciutto slice. Oh my goodness was amazing!! They had about 10 flavors of gelato to pick from as well. I got a scoop of the pistachio & a scoop of fruity pebbles. I was told by the owners daughter who was at register (very polite & friendly) they make them in house. I had to drive little of 30 min to get there. If you’re in the area stop by or if you like me take a ride. You won’t be sorry. There’s a fountain outside where you or the kids can cool off. “Absolutely loved the pizza here. Everything tasted incredibly fresh from the dough to the cheese and sauce. The crust was perfectly baked, light and airy on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside. The sauce had a great balance of flavor, not too heavy, and the cheese melted beautifully without feeling greasy.

You can really tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they make. Every bite felt fresh and well put together. The staff did an amazing job, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable.

“Fine dining in the redwoods? Dream come true. The service is well-choreographed and warm; the whole experience is welcoming. Diners were dressed in the full spectrum from casual to sequins to Filoli Nightfall costumes. As a party of four, we tried almost everything on the pre-fixe menu. Nothing disappointed. The only thing I would've changed is to go for a glass of wine rather than a cocktail--that's my fault, I didn't read the cocktail description carefully enough. Desserts were beautiful. The whole experience was joyful.“

Their francese sauce is absolutely fantastic, the stuffed lasagna excellent and the best Ceasar salad I ever had. “I came all the way from Brooklyn to New Jersey just to try this pizza at Benjy’s kosher pizza after hearing it has a real Israeli-style taste — and it was absolutely worth the trip.

The pizza was excellent, with an authentic flavor that really brings you back to what you’d find in Israel. The dough, sauce, and cheese all blend perfectly together, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. The service was also outstanding — friendly, fast, and professional, with a great atmosphere that made the experience even better.

“If you’re ordering a large amount of food from A&V Pizza to go on a Friday evening, do yourself a favor and call *90 minutes ahead* because there’s probably going to be a wait. But I will say this: **it is worth every second.** My son and I went there for dinner. It was actually my first time, although he goes pretty often with his father, and I was seriously impressed. I ordered the **Shrimp Francese with linguine in the same Francese sauce**, along with a side of sautéed spinach. My son ordered the **Chicken Francese**, also with pasta in the Francese sauce. There was a little mix-up and his pasta came with marinara instead, but honestly, he didn’t even mind because everything was still that good! 😂 We also ordered a **large pizza with extra sauce**, and that was delicious too. We called our order in about an hour and 10 minutes before arriving and still waited another 25–30 minutes once we got there. They were BUSY — so definitely plan ahead on a Friday night. But the food? **Absolutely worth the wait.** Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and like the kind of Italian food you’re already thinking about ordering again before you’ve even finished what’s on your plate. And a special shoutout to **Nat**, who helped us. He was great and made the experience even better. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last.
