“What a lovely experience and terrific food! I stopped in to D'oro Pizza & Pasta for the first time today during my lunch break. And I was immediately greeted with a friendly welcome along with you are new here. What can we get you? How wonderful they noticed I am a new customer. The Sicilian slice was delicious and the perfect temperature. And as a welcome to new customer they provided an additional treat to test one of their appetizers. Will definitely be back! So friendly and yummy food.“

Plenty of seating inside. I picked up food here for a work party. The food was delicious, especially grandma slice and garlic knots!
The only con I would say is parking can be somewhat difficult.“

“We stopped here while traveling from RI to PA and WOW are we glad we did. We needed a place to accommodate our small pup so we stopped to ask if they had outdoor seating. They didn’t but they created it by carrying a table and chairs outside for us - talk about customer service! Nick was such a fantastic host - setting us up, providing exceptional service and great conversation! I also can’t forget to mention how incredible the pizza and chicken roll were! This place is a 10/10 and we will definitely find a reason to stop back again!“

“Got invited to a #yelp event. I said pizza. I’m in. This place is kind of hidden but well worth it. Many pizza slices available. Soon as you walked in and smell the greatness you are going to have. The had sandwiches as well. I decided to get the Popeye slice (spinach & ricotta) and a prosciutto slice. Oh my goodness was amazing!! They had about 10 flavors of gelato to pick from as well. I got a scoop of the pistachio & a scoop of fruity pebbles. I was told by the owners daughter who was at register (very polite & friendly) they make them in house. I had to drive little of 30 min to get there. If you’re in the area stop by or if you like me take a ride. You won’t be sorry. There’s a fountain outside where you or the kids can cool off. “Absolutely loved the pizza here. Everything tasted incredibly fresh from the dough to the cheese and sauce. The crust was perfectly baked, light and airy on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside. The sauce had a great balance of flavor, not too heavy, and the cheese melted beautifully without feeling greasy.

You can really tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they make. Every bite felt fresh and well put together. The staff did an amazing job, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable.

“Fine dining in the redwoods? Dream come true. The service is well-choreographed and warm; the whole experience is welcoming. Diners were dressed in the full spectrum from casual to sequins to Filoli Nightfall costumes. As a party of four, we tried almost everything on the pre-fixe menu. Nothing disappointed. The only thing I would've changed is to go for a glass of wine rather than a cocktail--that's my fault, I didn't read the cocktail description carefully enough. Desserts were beautiful. “We recently discovered this amazing pizza and baked goods spot while dining at its sister restaurant, Al Dente Pasta Co., next door. Luciano's is now my favorite pizza spot in the area! Their dough is amazing and it really stands out in the white pizza with sausage and their simply amazing garlic knots (served with lots of fresh garlic and high quality olive oil). We are hooked! The staff go above and beyond (they treated us to a fabulous homemade chocolate chip cookie on a recent order). Their catering menu looks wonderful. We ordered the Beekman Ave specialty pizza, a regular pepperoni, and the eggplant pizza. The eggplant pizza was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best pizzas I've had in Westchester.

The style is a thin, bar-style pie similar to what you'd find in New Jersey, with a vibe like Colony Grill. The wings were excellent too. If you're a fan of thin-crust, bar-style pizza, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended.“

“I cannot say enough amazing things about Giovanni’s Pizza in Blauvelt! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the kindest, most welcoming staff—they truly make you feel like family.

“If you’re ordering a large amount of food from A&V Pizza to go on a Friday evening, do yourself a favor and call *90 minutes ahead* because there’s probably going to be a wait. But I will say this: **it is worth every second.** My son and I went there for dinner. It was actually my first time, although he goes pretty often with his father, and I was seriously impressed. I ordered the **Shrimp Francese with linguine in the same Francese sauce**, along with a side of sautéed spinach. My son ordered the **Chicken Francese**, also with pasta in the Francese sauce. There was a little mix-up and his pasta came with marinara instead, but honestly, he didn’t even mind because everything was still that good! 😂 We also ordered a **large pizza with extra sauce**, and that was delicious too. We called our order in about an hour and 10 minutes before arriving and still waited another 25–30 minutes once we got there. They were BUSY — so definitely plan ahead on a Friday night. But the food? **Absolutely worth the wait.** Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and like the kind of Italian food you’re already thinking about ordering again before you’ve even finished what’s on your plate. And a special shoutout to **Nat**, who helped us. He was great and made the experience even better. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last.
