“Noble Experiment is easily our favorite spot. Nick’s house brewed beers are the best around, and there’s always something great on tap. Whether you’re into IPAs, lagers, stouts, or trying something new, you can tell a lot of care goes into every beer.
The food is just as impressive. We’ve never had a bad meal. The yuca fries are a must-order, the cheesesteak is excellent, and the fish tacos are consistently great. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu because I think I’ve had just about everything at this point, and it’s all been delicious.

The owners Nick and Stephanie are awesome and make everyone feel welcome. Whether you’re there for trivia night or just stopping in on a random weeknight, it’s always a fun time with great beer, great food, and great people. Highly recommend!!!”

And I was immediately greeted with a friendly welcome along with you are new here. What can we get you? How wonderful they noticed I am a new customer. The Sicilian slice was delicious and the perfect temperature. And as a welcome to new customer they provided an additional treat to test one of their appetizers. Will definitely be back! I would definitely recommend if anyone is thinking about placing a catering order with Shah’s Halal food or simply wanting to get an individual platter, coming to the Palisades Mall location would be a great decision for you!”

“For a long time I've been in search for a good Chinese takeout restaurant in Rockland. China King in New City USED to be really good. But they've gone down in quality. Now, I think there's a new King in town. I've eaten at Great Wall about 5 times in the past 3 weeks and I think this is easily the best Chinese food in Rockland. Every dish's ingredients is SOOOO fresh with great tastes. Absolutely delicious! I look forward to trying more of their dishes.”

“I have had two good experiences here—the staff was super friendly and nice and they even gave me a discount for paying cash which was nice! It might not be the highest quality of freshness but everything tasted good, they had some great options of toppings and it’s reasonable for a nice sized meal!
