“Noble Experiment is easily our favorite spot. Nick’s house brewed beers are the best around, and there’s always something great on tap. Whether you’re into IPAs, lagers, stouts, or trying something new, you can tell a lot of care goes into every beer.
The food is just as impressive. We’ve never had a bad meal. The yuca fries are a must-order, the cheesesteak is excellent, and the fish tacos are consistently great. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu because I think I’ve had just about everything at this point, and it’s all been delicious.

The owners Nick and Stephanie are awesome and make everyone feel welcome. Whether you’re there for trivia night or just stopping in on a random weeknight, it’s always a fun time with great beer, great food, and great people. Highly recommend!!!”

“For a long time I've been in search for a good Chinese takeout restaurant in Rockland. China King in New City USED to be really good. But they've gone down in quality. Now, I think there's a new King in town. I've eaten at Great Wall about 5 times in the past 3 weeks and I think this is easily the best Chinese food in Rockland. Every dish's ingredients is SOOOO fresh with great tastes. Absolutely delicious! I look forward to trying more of their dishes.”

“As a former customer of pizzerena here, I find the staff super nice and this is my favorite pizza now, the crust is really different and very light, not doughy plus I had their veal parm& salad with creamy Italian dressing all very good.
