At most Dunkins they usually have me wait 10-15 min for my coffee and by the time I get my coffee they somehow mess it up. The cashiers were so polite. The staff looked alive and as if they wanted to be there. At most places the employees would have an attitude look like they havent slept in weeks. It got a bit hectic for a short period of time, but they handled it very well. I appreciate you guys for the amazing service that you guys provided. I would've love to speak to your manager at the time. I prefer this Dunkin over the one in Nanuet anytime.“

I rated atmosphere at five because it’s possible to speak with other locals at tables and chairs (5 tables and 15 chairs including a single table and chair next to a south facing window -great sun trap on a cold morning). My favourite is an everything bagel with cream cheese toasted and coffee.“

“They have my favorite coffee year round now.. butter pecan and I prefer iced, w/extra flavor and creamer Not milk. Perfect! Try it As far as their menu I only chose the foods I've tried. I'm sure all of it is great.

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

I withdrew $200 from the ATM but then forgot to take the money 😟 I didn’t realize it until hours later so of course went back hoping against hope... “I wanted to share a wonderful experience that I had at the Dunkin Donuts onRoute 59 in Suffern Our son, Avi came home this weekend. I met his van at the Dunkin Donuts near Woodbury Commons. When I arrived Avi asked if I could buy him a donut and I told him that we would drive back to Suffern and buy a donut at the kosher Dunkin Donuts. When we arrived at the Dunkin Donuts in Suffern there was a worker from Dunkin Donuts outside hanging a sign that the drive thru was closed and she told me that I would have to go into the store. I politely told her that we were going to leave because I had my son with autism with me and it was not in his best interest to go into the store. Sophia, the Dunkin Donuts employee, with a smile and without hesitation said, "It's okay, what's your order? She then took my order from the parking lot. I ordered 5 donuts. She returned with 6 donuts and told me that it was cheaper that way and handed me the donuts. I tried to give her a tip and had to convince her to take it. Sophia's kindness, in the drizzly weather, was without hesitation and with a smile on her face. She made my day and certainly made Avi's day. We are very grateful! #randomactsofkindness“

“My experience at this Dunkin Donuts is always positive and professional! In all the times I've gone here to grab breakfast there was always a cashier to take my order and the food never took long, always fresh and tastes great. Great customer service, you won't be disappointed. My only suggestion for this location would be that there needs to be a drive thru option which would be a lot more convenient for drivers, but I see that with the type of building this is it probably isn't possible.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian menu options and you can even customize your favorite orders to not include meat. The hash browns are one of the best!
