They’re horrible. They do not know how to make a bagel.. you add cream cheese on both sides of a bagel not 1 side and you spread it. I ordered on the app, picked it and asked them to add cream cheese on the other side since they don’t.. the manager told me I would have to pay for an extra cream cheese?yea right just add it. He told one of the girl to add the cream cheese, just for me to see there was barely any on the bagel! They need to be shut down with there horrible customer...read full review
Waited 15 minutes just for a frozen coffee and on top of that they had the nerve to ask me what I was waiting for. Went to make my “frozen coffee” and the girl came up to me and tells me the cream got bad.

12/17/2023 I bought 3 large coffees, 2 hot that I asked for it with one caramel and they put the amount they wanted, they were very sweet and the ice coffee specified that I wanted it light and they refused to add more cream. If you don't like your job, give other people a chance.
