Firstly this review is in regards to the Starbucks in the Palisades Mall across from Zales that recently reopened. I went there twice and they charge a different price for a cup of coffee every time. They charge extra to put regular milk in coffee. A small coffee with milk was $4.50. I thought I was hearing that wrong. No other Starbucks does this. Absolutely ridiculous. Seriously a disaster! 5-6 employees, and after 40 minutes of waiting i didnt get my drink! That jennifer girl doesn’t belong at the cashier if she cant 1. Provide a positive attitude and 2. Give back exact change. Their workspace is just an awful mess.
