Deplorable service. Waited with 3 people in front of me. Still no drink after 20 mins. Saw people get their orders who were after me. I start thinking they lost my order. I tell who I assume is a manager can you check on my order because of said issues. He said “that’s not the case, those are mobile orders”. No, no they were not. Excuses. Then he hands me my drink with the wrong milk. I ask for a refund and they refuse. They make the correct drink in 2 minutes and hand it to me without a sorry or thank you. They move like absolute SNAILS!! Manager is probably the main problem here, trickles down the from the top.

Firstly this review is in regards to the Starbucks in the Palisades Mall across from Zales that recently reopened. I went there twice and they charge a different price for a cup of coffee every time. They charge extra to put regular milk in coffee. A small coffee with milk was $4.50. I thought I was hearing that wrong. No other Starbucks does this. Absolutely ridiculous. They are ripping everyone off who goes there. Beware, almost seems like a scam going on on there. I will never go there again.

Seriously a disaster! 5-6 employees, and after 40 minutes of waiting i didnt get my drink! That jennifer girl doesn’t belong at the cashier if she cant 1. Provide a positive attitude and 2. Give back exact change. Their workspace is just an awful mess.

Starbucks is amazing with good beverages and food but this location has horrible service and the workspace is absolutely a mess. I asked for a pineapple passionfruit with lemonade.. 30-40 mins and no drink. Had to ask for my money back
Train your employees to have better customer service. Rolling your eyes at your customers is uncalled for.
