McDonald's offers decent service, but it is advisable to avoid the sweet tea and be prepared for long waits after 11pm. The food is good, featuring flame-broiled burgers and fresh-cut fries. One popular choice is the quarter pounder, although there have been some issues with cooking, as one customer noted their burger was not cooked all the way. In this case, the manager, Keisha, handled the situation well by providing a replacement and extra fries, showing her commitment to customer satisfaction. However, some staff members may struggle with English, which can lead to misunderstandings.
Customers have noted that the long lines can be frustrating, with suggestions that the restaurant should direct large orders to park and help speed up the drive-thru process. Despite some challenges, there are still nice staff members who contribute to the overall experience. Overall, this McDonald's location has potential for improvement with simple fixes that could enhance the customer experience.
