“Excellent bagels made in store. This shop is very popular with locals. Lines at peak times. I rated atmosphere at five because it’s possible to speak with other locals at tables and chairs (5 tables and 15 chairs including a single table and chair next to a south facing window -great sun trap on a cold morning). My favourite is an everything bagel with cream cheese toasted and coffee.“

“Concerning Dunkin Donuts-- and I am a big -time customer of this franchise-- I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept very clean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well they maintain their restrooms( if they have one.)

“Great donuts made in house. Went cream filled, apple, blueberry, glazed croissants. Everything was excellent. Korean Owner Kim was very helpful and even gave me some donut holes with my order. He's just a little hard to communicate with but that was okay. Looking forward to trying more donuts when in the area.“

This time I ordered the latte which was excellent as usual.I have never had a bad experience!The staff is both friendly and efficient. “Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“The employees are very attentive...I absolutely love their vibe and their welcoming nature....
But the manager(Female) is not pleasant at all..even towards the employees...I had gone today to do my regular and I made it up to the counter to order and she came from the back to do something and as soon as I and the ppl behind me seen her we exited the store...I hadn't a clue the people behind me were exiting for the same exact reason until we were all outside...

I will not go back while she's there EVER!!

“I go there to Dunkin practically everyday, the staff there are just great. They know me and my order. Many times they already start making it the minute I walk into the store. They are carrying people who look out to serve and help their customers who may e in a rush to get out quickly.

“Very busy location during mornings with a mix of pickup, delivery and in person ordering. The staff are well organised each with headsets. There seems to be a good fluidity between various order prep and order taking tasks. I’ve been three times during busy periods with no wait time over 1 minute unlike other Dunkin locations which can struggle balancing kiosk and in person ordering fulfilment. Items were fresh (donut and coffee) and delivered as ordered. Make sure you get a paper receipt and note your four digit order number.“

“I need this review to be seen by the manager, I just came from dunkin donuts on Washington street in Pleasantville NY and the guy that works there is absolutely horrible, does not know how to make coffee, talks way to much and has the music blaring, people come in and see him there and leave, you only have a very few good workers there, the ones early in the morning and the older peru women that just went on vacation for 2 weeks, this guy is there by himself and is awful, I always come in for a toasted almond latte 3 sweet & lows & almond milk, the whole cup is filled with almond milk, it's like he poured a whole container of almond milk in my cup with hardly no latte, I pay good money for this coffee and I frequent your dunkin donuts 3 to 4 night's a week, please you must know what is going on there with cameras, the place was disgustingly filthy tonight on top of it, I just found out one of my favorite young girls who worked there when he's there quit and went to Starbucks, I am very disappointed and very angry about this whole matter, please do something about this before you lose a lot of business“

“The service here, especially at the drive thru in the morning is impeccable! Everyone is warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. Today I went inside since the drive thru line was so long and was so impressed by the smooth operation and rapid process they have where they all proactively divide their tasks to get the food and coffee out as quickly as possible. Early today I placed an order threw the dunkin app but it glitched so I was charged but the order never got received by the store. I explained the situation to the manager, showed proof that I was charged, and without hesitation he made my order within 4 minutes and was extremely nice about the whole thing. “Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

I went there today to order an ice coffee and the manager was nice and polity while a customer just rudely gave attitude over an items that’s not even part of the summer. Like come on. “Store is on a corner near the entrance to northbound Hutch. Limited parking; maybe 12 spots. Store is a decent size, tables and chairs and bathrooms, but is not kept clean. And the service is painfully slow. But the coffee and doughnuts are fresh. ♿️
