It's nice, the employees are nice, but I ordered an iced latte w almond milk (a large at that, which costs a whole extra dollar) and they gave me regular milk. I understand that mistakes happen but I was pretty clear and it was charged. Lattes are not 3 dollars anymore, they're quite expensive, so it really sucks when you spend your money on a treat, and it's not made properly.
Twice I made an ordered and wasn't aware that I didn't get charged for it, therefore, I wasted my time waiting longer after receiving the my coffee. Today I ordered a lg hot caramel latte with extra caramel and unfortunately I received a gross unsweetened coffee! I feel very upset because I couldn't do anything about it. I realized it when I was on the train. Lost money because coffee went in the trash. The employees should pay more attention to what the customers say and how...read full review

I ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream. It was like a hot cup of water with the slightest hint of chocolate. I order this all the time but from different Dunkin' Donuts. I'll definitely not be wasting my money on this establishment again. owner to cheap to put the correct amount of chocolate trying to count Pennie's jeezz.
