Dunkin' is a reliable fast-food restaurant that offers typical Dunkin' food and drinks. Located at 5501 Broadway, it is regarded as one of the best Dunkin' locations in the Bronx. The coffee is always fresh, and the donuts are perfectly made. The employees are respectful, super friendly, and eager to take orders, providing top-notch service even during the busiest times. However, the restaurant could benefit from having drive-through staff who are fluent in clear English to improve order efficiency and reduce errors. Customers have enjoyed items like the pumpkin muffin, which is served warm, and the sausage egg and cheese raisin bagel, praised for being at a great temperature. Although there have been mentions of the hot chocolate being a little watered down, the overall vibe is welcoming, making it a go-to spot for many. The location is kid-friendly, has lots of parking, and typically no lines.
