Ordered in app. Picked up in 2 minutes. No line, no payment hassle. Love this place!
10/10 experience. I don't get dunkin often but when I do I always come here. Early today I placed an order threw the dunkin app but it glitched so I was charged but the order never got received by the store. I explained the situation to the manager, showed proof that I was charged, and without hesitation he made my order within 4 minutes and was extremely nice about the whole thing. The store was clean, everyone was working fast, and they were all very nice.
