The Apps were great, Hush Puppies and Fried Calamari, yum. I did a make-your-own Seafood Boil. OH MY GOD. The New Zealand Mussels, King Crab and Dungeness Crab was out of this world in the Cajun Butter Sauce. I HIGHLY recommend this spot and will be going back.”

She is so genuine and helpful. Falafel palace knows how to take care of their customers. I ordered the falafel sandwich and grape leaves which are my favorites and the best place to get them. As a vegan this is also a great vegan-friendly place to go as it is vegetarian and most of the menu is vegan and have lots of gluten free options.”

But I will say this: **it is worth every second.** My son and I went there for dinner. It was actually my first time, although he goes pretty often with his father, and I was seriously impressed. I ordered the **Shrimp Francese with linguine in the same Francese sauce**, along with a side of sautéed spinach. My son ordered the **Chicken Francese**, also with pasta in the Francese sauce. There was a little mix-up and his pasta came with marinara instead, but honestly, he didn’t even mind because everything was still that good! 😂 We also ordered a **large pizza with extra sauce**, and that was delicious too. We called our order in about an hour and 10 minutes before arriving and still waited another 25–30 minutes once we got there. They were BUSY — so definitely plan ahead on a Friday night. But the food? **Absolutely worth the wait.** Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and like the kind of Italian food you’re already thinking about ordering again before you’ve even finished what’s on your plate. And a special shoutout to **Nat**, who helped us. He was great and made the experience even better. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. I ordered a hot plate with meatballs, pork loin, and a chicken meat patty, served with potatoes and sauerkraut. Everything was flavorful, hearty, and clearly made with care. I also tried the meat patty and an egg roll on the side both were excellent. To top it off, I sampled a couple of pastries: one filled with apple and another with cherry and cheese. Both were fresh, perfectly balanced, and a great way to finish the meal.
Nothing disappointed, and the quality and portions for around $28 made it an even better experience. I’m already looking forward to stopping by again soon.”

Also I was told that it gets very busy between 12 to 3 pm. Take away would be advisable during this time period. Especially Friday to Sunday.

Arrived at our table a sizzling 1 1/2 thick thing of beauty with a massive baked potato and veggies. Exactly as I ordered. The soda bread was warm & fresh. My brother could barely finish his burger that had to be at least a half pound of meat, perfectly cooked. Even the coffee was delicious. We split the chocolate cake, (to die for) that the server generously said was on her for my birthday. The atmosphere was cozy, uncrowded, quiet enough to talk, and the prices are very reasonable!. “It’s a chill vibe. I only went for their drinks since they promote it p well. With the first I had a margarita with a focused mango flavor and it was really delectable. You honestly couldn’t taste the alcohol but it is a bit stiff. Mixed with the tajin rim, the spice overtakes making the drink go down smooth. I recommend for anyone looking for a soft taste and a good amount of liquor.
With the Negroni, it was rough. It’s not that you can taste the alcohol it just tastes like a mix of dark liquor and orange. It’s not as flavorful as the one before but the taste of orange is there thought NOT prominent. Luckily either doesn’t really taste like liquor so it’s really between anting another flor or settling on knowing there’s alcohol in the drink. The vibe does seem like nice though. I’m here on a solo adventure and I don’t feel as though I’m tucked away in a corner. There’s space for a party but also for someone just trying to find a bar
The only issue I have with this is having a QR code for the menu. It made the interacted with the bartender a bit awkward since she was kinda staring at me waiting to make a choice. I wasn’t upset with either of them so they definitely have their best on top of the list. I would recommend for a solo adventure or a small friend group

The place is dated if you go inside. It still looks like the 1980s in there and I expect to see an IROC blasting up central avenue and a bunch of guidos wearing cavariccis and reeking of drakar hanging out the window.... But I digress.

“After driving by for the last decade, I finally stopped at Rancho Grande for lunch yesterday and I'm so happy that I did.
The interior is festive and inviting, brightened by many beautiful live plants but also dim enough to give it a proper cantina feel. Ranchera music playing while servers bustle about. Everyone is in a good mood, and soon you will be too.
The margaritas are both large and delicious. I could hear my fajitas sizzling before they even made it around the corner. The house hot sauces are smoky and delightfully hot. This is my new favorite spot.”

I ordered the **Shrimp Francese with linguine in the same Francese sauce**, along with a side of sautéed spinach. My son ordered the **Chicken Francese**, also with pasta in the Francese sauce. There was a little mix-up and his pasta came with marinara instead, but honestly, he didn’t even mind because everything was still that good! 😂 We also ordered a **large pizza with extra sauce**, and that was delicious too. We called our order in about an hour and 10 minutes before arriving and still waited another 25–30 minutes once we got there. They were BUSY — so definitely plan ahead on a Friday night. But the food? **Absolutely worth the wait.** Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and like the kind of Italian food you’re already thinking about ordering again before you’ve even finished what’s on your plate. And a special shoutout to **Nat**, who helped us. He was great and made the experience even better. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last.
