“The atmosphere here is very warm and fun! I started coming here alone to sit on their wonderful patio and to just unwind after a long work day/week, and I have met some of the most wonderful people. The bartenders and the patrons are so friendly, social and some silly and make you feel very welcoming. When the weather is nice you can sit outside and watch the numerous hawks flying overhead which is a sight to see! Bridget and Desi are such wonderful friendly owners also. Check out the woman's bathroom and observe the beautiful fresh flowers! Food is excellent and the drinks are affordable and made perfectly by the fantastic bartenders! Whenever I am in a bad or good mood I go here and always leave extra happy :o)“
“my buddy tells me to meet him in yonkers at nugents bar on palisades ave and glad i have a gps cause i never heard of this place or the area but i know who ted nugent is .a typical irish bar with its simple wood long bar layout with tvs across the walls and some more tables along the interior . the music is a good mix at a easy on the ears level . my friend who is late as always just happens to walk in and with a girl i don't know at all . i order a lite beer via the bottle not to look like a fool by ordering a diet soda and my friend and his new girlfriend for a day order two glasses of some type of booze which i am paying as the bartender mentions that will be 18 bucks pal . 20 bucks including his tip will keep me glued to the yankee game a bit while my dude gets his mack on . full array of booze and plenty of draft selections that i can see from the different emblems on beer handles . i not sure if they offer food as no one was eating at the bar but it's not a big deal .i like this bar as its very patron friendly and the bartender comes around to talk to the customers time to time . i stopped by when it was not that crowded so i was able to find a parking spot outside and i did not have to feed the meter after 7pm . will i come back , sure when my dear friend calls me to meet him here while he strikes out again with the ladies .overall a good friendly safe neighborhood bar in yonkers , nothing fancy and that's part of its charm and appeal .“
“A true Irish Pub. Great staff. Perfect place to throw down some suds with friends. Watch a game or just chill. Nice size bar. Reasonable amount of bar area seating. Plus dining seating as well. Love being there. Burgers are awesome. Once you go, you'll go again and again. Also, excellent place for parties.“
“Visited this establishment for a post rugby match social hosted by the local club. Plenty of room in the front and the back when you go inside and also space outside to sit down and watch the games. There must have been over 40 of us and there was hardly a wait time for the turnaround for your drinks. The bartenders were friendly and the bar top was kept busy with good pints of Guinness going back and forth. Plenty of parking off Street for your designated drivers.“
