“Big group of us (over 20) called in for breakfast before a match in Gaelic Park. Service, cleanliness and staff hospitality were second to none, before I even mention the food. Breakfast was so good we called back after the match for dinner. Even though it was very busy the staff, accommodated us and the food was excellent, would highly recommend for both food quality and price. Special mention to Danielle who couldn't do enough to make our two visits to the Whlistin Donkey very worth while.“

“This review is for Eileen's Country Kitchen located inside the Heritage Bar & Restaurant. All the food was nicely presented and very good. Breakfast & lunch were available. We ordered the Ulster fry breakfast, corned beef & eggs, and heritage burger & steak fries. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was great. Not crowded when we went, so we were able to take our time. Only street parking is available, so be prepared.“

“The food here is delicious, drinks were great. The service well we were warmly received and seated but then we were served a bread and butter with no utensils to eat it with, funny thing is we started breaking it with our fingers hoping that when the server returns with drinks he will bring us some. Nope, he just dropped the drinks and didn’t even notice we were breaking the bread. I could just have easily asked for them but…. Then came the main course brought to us by a different server and she too didn’t notice that there was no utensils. Man, I politely said it would be nice to have some utensils to eat this delicious looking food with. I still left him a really big tip so he had to ask twice what’s up with the change?“

“So this was my second time at this location. The environment is nice calm family oriented. Our waiter was kind but disengaged. No smiles or cheerfulness. The food was good. My bf got the orange chicken with rice and it was extremely flavorful, real chicken and the sauce was good. I ordered the cheesesteak with white American. It was ok but something was really strong in the seasoning but still was good overall. Plus I got some Asian flavor so I think some of my meat may have been some how mixed with the Korean cheesesteak. I definitely had a bite or two of Asian flare in my cheesesteak. The drink my bf ordered was good and as usual I had a Chardonnay.

“What a surprise! My wife and I are in town for an event in NY. We are house sitting here in Yonkers. We walk in looking for lunch. To our surprise we just had the best Gyro platter and salad outside of Greece. The pita was unbelievable! Everything was SO fresh. We can’t stop talking about it.“

“Nice local option.I'm not even sure of the name of this place as I believe ownership might have changed at some point or two. On Google, it's 'Tu Cafe' - on Yelp it's 'G & M Coffee Shop' - and on the menu I have it just says 'Cafe'.I've been here several times, and it's been a reliable, nice option and local business.Place is comfortable. Not overly large, but there are plenty of areas to sit both at a table or at the counter. I've only ordered to go, so I have no comments about the in-dining experience.I've only been ordering breakfast items, but upon last visit I decided to try more options the next time I come here. But the breakfast I have ordered has been good each time. The hot food behind the glass looks appetizing and I plan to try that next time I pass by.Staff has been friendly. I've mainly dealt with the one in the front and she's always very pleasant and welcoming.Parking is metered street or the municipal lot on the next block. Don't take chances without paying, because the parking violation police are here checking very frequently. For locals of course, walking is the best option.All in all, a nice local business and again, great option in the area. I will be back of course.“

Wheelchair accessibility: From parking area side walk has low cut to access to front or you could go through pick up door a little closer .walkway to main entrance is fairly level don’t remember if either door has push button access but I would think front would.Host could see you to help otherwise.“

“This place had great service. Came here on a Sunday after visiting family. There was no wait and our waitress Millie was great. So friendly and gave us a great experience. Ofcourse started us off with warm biscuits and continued to offer us more. The margarita flights was good except for the blue one. Way too sweet. Our meals were delicious and tasted very fresh. “I came here for a chopped cheese. The food is good but a little bit overpriced. When I first ordered a chopped cheese on a roll it was $8.50. When I ordered a chopped cheese on a hero it was $11.00.There is a lot of other places that offer similar foods for a more affordable rate.Main take away is the food is good but a little expensive.8/10“
