Katie's Cottage Reviews
I read a lot of great reviews about this place so I wish I could say we had a good
experience.
Such a cute place from the outside.
Service wasn't good,we waited a long time for our drink order to be taken, then a long time to order food, then food came out one plate at a time with long waits in between and food was only okay..
Didn't seem to be any reason for this, we were the only people in the restaurant.
Hopefully just an off day.
My brother & I went last Wednesday evening to celebrate my birthday. Our server was so wonderful ( & I am so sorry I do not know her name!!). I had a shell steak ( took a chance) that was amazing! My brother could barely finish his burger that had to be at least a half pound of meat, perfectly cooked. Even the coffee was delicious....read full review
Great local place. I go for French onion soup and a burger. They have a great menu and specials too. Go. You won't be disappointed!.

Katie's Cottage offers an authentic Irish restaurant experience with delicious sandwiches that are generously portioned. The friendly and engaging bartender ensures consistent, high-quality drinks. The menu features excellent food with generous portions, including steaks, burgers, and wings, served by a fast, friendly, and professional staff. The Irish-American atmosphere is genuine, attracting both regulars and first-time visitors. The establishment has a family-run feel, creating a pleasant atmosphere for all customers. Many guests praise the rich, cheesy French onion soup and the crispy, flavorful wings, which are considered some of the best outside Buffalo. The brunch menu includes complementary mimosas or bloody Marys, and the soda bread is described as warm and fresh. The cozy and uncrowded atmosphere is appreciated, making it a hidden gem worth returning to for a delightful dining experience.
