The food and service were good enough but when two people eat you don't automatically put 20% tip on the check. If you're going to do so at least let the customer know by putting in writing. It would have been 3 stars but doing the 20% was shady at best and totally sneaky.
The service could have been better. The wings were cold they had to make new ones. The server needs a new job. She kept forgetting things. She was not attentive. And I see why. They include the tip anyway in your bill so it doesn't matter if her service was good or not!!
