“I love a good wine with my meal. That being said outside of a high end restraunt I have been no place in the area where the house sommelier picks the selection of wine like Saints and Scholars. You would have to buy a bottle if even then to get the quality of their house serve alone. I could write a book on the menu, not a bad choice to be found, but I will stop here. If you adore a good glass with a beautiful dinner/ brunch with exceptional service. Look no further.“

“JJR Highridge Fishery is hands-down my favorite spot for seafood in Yonkers. This family-run place has been around for decades, and you can taste the difference—the owner heads out at dawn every day for the freshest catch, and it shows in every dish. The fried fish is crispy, flavorful perfection, and I’m obsessed with the grilled shrimp Caesar salad and that dill sauce that makes everything better.
The owner’s super friendly too—always a warm hello and genuine vibe that keeps me coming back. It’s takeout-only (no sit-down), which is fine for quick grabs, but honestly, my one wish is they stayed open later into the night. I’m often craving this stuff when I’m hungry late, and they close around 6:30–7pm most days. Still, for lunch or early dinner? Totally worth planning around. Best fresh seafood around—highly recommend!“

“Love this place. Great selection of groceries. I like that they sell daily newspapers such as the Post and NY Times. Also, the deli and grill are great. The chicken parm sandwich is just as good as one at a top Italian deli. Location a little tough with traffic and parking.

“We ❤️ Tio Nacho! Our go-to delivery spot when we’re too tired to cook (which is often) or when we have a group of people over. Love the flautas w/ chicken tinga, nachos, crunchy burrito bowls, and Mexican quesadillas. And delivery is fast!“

“Today we celebrated our daughter’s 8th graduation we were a party of about 20 our sever named “Daniel” what a great guy!!! So professional and kind it is not easy taking so many orders and he did it all with a smile not once was he inpatient or nasty to any of us and the entire order was correct!!! Daniel thank you!!! “It was nice place to go with family food and drinks are good some drinks are mild when it come to alcohol and some will have you drunk after a cup ( choose wisely) the servers was nice I been there a couple times!! And would come back again“

“Came in with my best friend to get a breakfast wrap around noon on a Thursday. I usually go to their other location in White Plains but it’s currently being remodeled. Adrianna greeted us kindly and took our order. Our wraps were done in 6 minutes. Highly recommend Highridge Bagels ( I have been going to their location in WP since 2014)“

“Food is good, and service is fast and polite.
But it’s hard to relax and eat when the door between the dining room and the kitchen is slammed over and over and over and over and over.
It’s used primarily by a drive-thru runner, which is fine. And no one says they should be making sure the door closes softly behind them. But maybe management should put in something that allows the door to shut quietly on its own?
It’s not that it’s just a loud close. It sounds like someone is angry, and it happens about once every two minutes.“
