“I go every Monday with my husband , we love this place , the front guy desk with glasses I don’t know his name but he is so amazing he is one of the kind me and my husband loves going there because of how he is treating us nice and good customer service , my husband is a police officer and I’m a teacher so we only get 1 once a week to go on a date and every week on Monday we go to curry N wok because it’s so awesome , the food so amazing too , customer service amazing , I love the DoSa , pakora with their amazing tea , also their sambar Veda super super amazing , this place it’s my go to . They are 10 Star . 💫“

“The food was so delicious! I’m so thankful because I was having a terrible day and really needed something fresh.

The spanakopita slice was huge and came with lemon potatoes! The filling for the spanakopita was stuffed and the pastry was so flaky. I was actually contemplating ordering a side of the lemon potatoes but decided not to, so I was so happy to see them included with the spanakopita. The potato’s were sooo flavorful. The tzatziki had plenty of fresh cucumber and tasted amazing! I also got the lamb gyro, which is only $11 on Uber Eats… definitely a fair price. It was flavorful and packed with veggies and lamb. I thought the portions were perfect, and everything tasted great. I even have enough left over for another meal later. I will say the food was a little on the salty side, but I love sodium lol. Thank you guys for making me such a delicious meal!“

“I pass this place all the time but never thought to stop in. Big mistake! The other morning I finally decided to give it a try and ordered a late breakfast via DoorDash. I went with the Venezuelan Breakfast, and wow, it was incredible. The shredded beef was perfectly seasoned, the caraotas (black beans) were flavorful, and the arepa was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The scrambled eggs and sweet maduros rounded everything out and made the meal so satisfying. Now I can’t wait to explore more of their menu. Highly recommend!“

“What a delicious, pleasant surprise this little restaurant was! When I walked in I honestly didn't expect too much because it was small and completely empty, and could have been a little cleaner. However the food was outstanding, and I am VERY picky. My friend and I split a ginormous Greek salad (the stuffed grape leaves were unbelievable), and we each ordered a gyro. Mine was chicken and so good! We also ordered the side of fries, and for $4 we received a large basket of fresh, hand cut, perfectly cooked fries. I don't live anywhere New Rochelle but I'm hoping to make it back there!“

“Probably the most beautiful steak you will ever see eevr was made here. I had a sirloin with bacon mashed potatoes and corn and till today I'm still thinking about it. The service was great also and the bread is to die for. Looking forward to my next visit.“

“It’s good to know some good things never change.

I recently moved back to the area and had memories of the amazing sandwiches I used to get from this deli way back in the day (10+ years). Back in high school this was everybody’s go to spot.

I was very happy to see them still open till this day but wasn’t sure what to expect as it had been so long.

I can happily say my chicken cutlet hero was just as amazing as I remember. Perfectly cooked big chicken cutlet slices, crispy bacon and nice fresh bread.

The pricing was and is still fair as well!

So glad to see such a long running establishment still putting out amazing food. Love the old school vibes as well. Will be back for sure.

“I've ordered all kinds of weird pizza abominations from them and they've always done a good job and not judged me. 4 stars instead of 5 because one time my boyfriend ordered garlic on his pizza and they gave him SO much garlic on that pizza that it stank up our entire house and gave him garlic breath for 2 straight days. Just an inappropriate amount of garlic.“

“Good chicken that doesn't quite get to great chicken. That doesn't mean don't eat here, just set your expectations appropriately. The name? That's great.

The grilled chicken was fine. It might have been slightly over-roasted, and wasn't exploding with Maillard flavor the way a great fire-roasted chicken is. It comes with two sauces, one a bbq sauce and the other buffalo sauce. Both had very heavy vinegar notes. The mac and cheese could have been cheesier.

Service was fast and pleasant.

Would I eat here again? Yes. Would I go out of my way to do so? Probably not.“
