The location is very busy but Shandia and her team are awesome. Never seen a team so sync. Thank you always!
Drive through is my go to it’s super fast and the employees are so so sweet.
I really appreciate the service you provide; you are very polite and friendly people. I live on Pelham Road and leave my house just to come here and buy my coffee from you.

Starbucks Coffee Company in New Rochelle is a welcoming and friendly place with consistently good service and a clean environment. Customers often praise the staff, noting that they are sweet, friendly, attentive, and professional. The manager is highlighted for her warm and positive energy, leading by example and ensuring the team provides great customer care. Many visitors enjoy trying different drinks like lattes, chai lattes, and banana bread, finding everything delicious and satisfying.
The store offers excellent hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, and snacks, making it a good spot to relax while waiting for activities such as basketball practice. The cleanliness of the store and bathroom is always appreciated, contributing to a pleasant experience. Regular customers appreciate that the staff often know their favorite drinks and get the orders right every time.
However, some visitors have had mixed experiences. Drive-thru orders sometimes resulted in brewed coffee that was not enjoyable, and interactions with staff at the drive-thru can feel less friendly, especially when using the app to order. One customer, who is not familiar with coffee terminology, feels comfortable asking questions here and has always been met with friendly responses. Slight issues like too much ice in drinks are noted, but requests for no ice are easily accommodated.
Overall, this Starbucks location is known for its friendly staff, clean environment, and good drinks, making it a popular and pleasant spot for many customers.
