Chef Jaime catered an outdoor party I hosted this week and she did a fabulous job. Everything from the presentation of the food to the food itself ( delectable) to the passing of wine and dessert to the clean up ( she left my kitchen spotless) was exceptional. There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe how amazing our experience with Chef Jaime was!! I literally found her on google and took a chance hiring her for my daughter’s bridal shower without ever tasting any of her cooking. To say I was happy with my decision is an understatement!! Sometimes you can tell when someone is gonna give you the service you expect. Chef Jaime did just that. I'M talking high level expectation. I recently held a book launch in a harlem art gallery. So I only wanted finger foods.
