There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe how amazing our experience with Chef Jaime was!! I literally found her on google and took a chance hiring her for my daughter’s bridal shower without ever tasting any of her cooking. To say I was happy with my decision is an understatement!! Everything served was out of this world delicious and her staff were professional, neat wonderful people as well. My guests are still raving about it and are literally trying to come up with a reason to throw a party, just to have Chef Jamie cook at their homes! Looking forward to my next party as well!!! Sometimes you can tell when someone is gonna give you the service you expect. Chef Jaime did just that. I'M talking high level expectation. I recently held a book launch in a harlem art gallery. So I only wanted finger foods. Chef Jaime suggested a charcuterie board and I couldn't be more satisfied with her suggestion.Extremely professional , the food was delightfully delicious and the colors intertwined in the food were amazing. The event was kinda short notice but that didn't affect the outcome not one bit. True definition of TOP TIER CATERING. Needless to say Chef Jaime will be Rebooked in the near future. #Sensational Job

Chef Jaime was fantastic. She worked so hard and made the process really fun. Her menu had incredible choices and she personalized a printed menu for a 75th birthday we hosted. Everything was delicious - better than restaurant quality and she was very fun to chat with while cooking. We will definitely be using her again . Thank you for a memorable evening!!

The best way to entertain for a very special occasion. Jaime was so professional and pleasant to work with. The meal she planned with us was so delicious. We started with amazing appetizers ( sushi grade tuna in small cones, oysters Rockefeller, flatbread truffle mushroom, and baby lamb chops were outstanding. The rest of the meal was also outstanding. All beautifully served and presented. The dessert of Grand Marnier souffle was outstanding. One of the best part of the evening was that everything was beautifully set up and served and my kitchen was spotless when Jaime and her wonderful assistant finished cleaning up. I would highly recommend Jaime without any reservation.

Jamie is the best! We just used her personal chef services for my mom’s 70th bday so we could do something intimate but still special at the house. Her food was insanely delicious (especially the apps - tuna tartare cones and truffle flatbread were some of my favorites) and everything was incredibly professional and great. 10/10 recommend for any special occasion you are planning!

5 stars is not enough for Chef Jaime!! She was at my home for NYE and made the most wonderful dinner, every single bit of it was from scratch and cooked in my kitchen. We did a four course meal that blew everyone's minds. Not only was everything we ate delicious, fresh, and unique, Chef Jaime has a wonderful energy that translates into her food. She left the kitchen spotless and sent us a fabulous video of the meal the next day. We can't wait to have her back!

We met Jaime summer of 2023 and after having tried several of her meals when it came time to plan our wedding we could not think of a better person to do it! We had a very small wedding of 18 people hosted at our local yacht club. From menu planning to the day of the event everything was smooth. Jaime did not disappoint with the food! She even adjusted one of the plates she was offering so that I could have my favorite creamed corn as the side! Our guests are still raving about the appetizers, my personal favorite was the goat cheese tart. I would absolutely hire Jaime again for my next formal event.

Chef Jaime catered an outdoor party I hosted this week and she did a fabulous job. Everything from the presentation of the food to the food itself ( delectable) to the passing of wine and dessert to the clean up ( she left my kitchen spotless) was exceptional. My guests could not stop raving about the food for the entire afternoon (and for days afterwards!). She was also very intuitive about what was needed in the moment. And she and her assistant worked completely independently so I was able to enjoy my party. I recommend her most highly.
