Chilidog is a gem in New Rochelle. Located right across from the metro, it’s both a convenient and delicious treat. A few of my favorites there are the chili dog, hot dog, sausage, and 1/4 pollo. The restaurant is definitely worth stopping by, you won’t regret it!

The Chili Dog Restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. While the chicken and rice dishes are praised, the chili is described as overpowering in black pepper and resembling burnt or scraped ground beef without beans. The hot dogs and sausages are excellent, but the French fries arrive soggy and undercooked. The empanadas are simply regular chicken or beef patties, not the advertised Jamaican-style. Despite the inconsistent food quality, the owner is known to provide a welcoming atmosphere and cater to regular customers' preferences.
