“This was my first time at this lovely new cafe in Larchmont! Excellent food, wide selection, great family-friendly laid back Brooklyn meets upstate vibe. Very sweet upbeat lady Ashton at the cash register. Cute little shop inside filled with gourmet healthy food options and little household trinkets. Had the chicken sandwich and the white smoothie (added peanut butter, no problem!), both were delicious. Love the booths. Also has a high top bar where one can eat or do some work. Will def be back!! What a wonderful addition to Larchmont!“

“What an incredible dining experience at The Silent Sea in City Island, Bronx! From the location to the atmosphere and, of course, the food, everything was outstanding!

The restaurant is perfectly situated right at the entrance to City Island, and having parking available in the back is a huge plus, especially in this area. The atmosphere alone deserves an 11 out of 10!

We started with several appetizers, and every single one was delicious. The Greek fries were hands down the best fries I’ve ever had! The tuna tartare was incredibly fresh, the fried calamari was cooked to perfection, and the fried sardines were absolutely delicious.

For dinner, we ordered the lobster and the baked branzino. Both dishes were exceptional, not only in flavor but also in presentation. You can tell that attention is given to every detail.

Overall, a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and a beautiful setting. I highly recommend visiting The Silent Sea! Definitely a place worth coming back to!“

I ordered the pork souvlaki sandwich with a side and it was 12.50!!! In this economy this is a steal! I also ordered their rice and chicken lemon soup because it’s one of my favorite Greek dishes and it did not disappoint. I can’t wait to go back and try this place for dinner. The staff is always respectful, friendly, and welcoming. I personally always go for the Triple Smash Burger, and it never disappoints! “An unexpected seafood find in Mamaroneck! This place has it all—fresh seafood, prepared seafood, a sushi counter, and seafood cooked to order.

I usually prefer a Connecticut-style lobster roll, but since I was taking it to the pool, I went with the Maine-style cold lobster salad. It was delicious! BIG chunks of lobster, just the right amount of mayo, and a buttery roll toasted perfectly—crispy, golden, and sturdy enough to hold all that lobster.

I also tried the Lady Dragon Roll (I believe that was the name), made fresh while I waited. Shrimp tempura inside with spicy salmon on the outside—so good!

There are a few tables inside and outdoor patio seating, making it a great spot for a casual seafood lunch. I also noticed they run specials, so check their social media. The day I visited, a lobster roll with fries and coleslaw was around $29.95.“

“Very fresh, delicious Thai food. The staff is very welcoming, and it’s BYOB. We love their lemongrass shrimp, sambal chicken and any of their veggie dishes. The steamed pork dumplings are a must to start your meal.“
