“Awesome authentic Italian restaurant. Live music/band on Wednesdays. Service is fantastic. The meatballs are so tender with great flavor, chicken picatta was fresh filling, tiramisu wad the best with a cappuccino. They gave us a free Sambucha (the orange one is good). The owner/manager, Walter introduced himself and sat at our table after dinner to ask us how we were doing etc..

“I love Carlo’s. I’ve only ordered delivery (though the place is always packed when I pass by) and I’m never disappointed. Baked ziti and chicken parm are my standbys but the pizza is great too. Just to illustrate something, I order two hot dishes and a salad and they put a plate in between the two when they packed it so the salad wouldn’t get hot. It’s the small things that add up with this place.“

“Hidden away in the back Of an industrial park on North Broadway in Yonkers, Gianna's stands out in an area flooded with Italian restaurants. Though you can get takeout, you should definitely eat in to experience the great ambiance and amazing wait staff. This place isn't your normal italian spot. Their food hits another level thanks to the freshness and inspired use of seasonings. This place is a little more money compared to pizza paces in the area, but it's definitely worth it, and not as much of a pretentious rip off like Fortina's near by. Cooked right and the people here are always the nicest. “I went in today to get a slice of pizza. The food look very appealing so I actually ended up getting a slice of pizza and a Sicilian. I sat down to eat the slice. It was amazing grape flavor crust just the way I like it. The cheese had a good flavor as well. It was a good quality cheese, I recommend this to anybody. I’m from the Bronx and I’ve had a lot of good pizza and also have Brooklyn and Manhattan pizza spots and this definitely ranks up there with them. Staff was very friendly. They even brought the pizza to where I was standing at and I’ve never experienced that before .“

“Everyone appears so happy working here! We went on Valentine’s Day (super busy) and we got a table in 20 mins, food came hot, quick and delicious. Our waitress was so friendly! Everyone was happy. “Gigi’s is the best! I have been going here for 20 years and it is consistently amazing. The flavors are great, crust is thick and holds up to the toppings, and the price for the quality is unmatched. I live on the west coast now, but always come for the buffalo chicken pizza when I am back in NY. The people who work there are so friendly and go above and beyond with their delivery and service.“

I watched one clean the tables and she didn’t just “wipe” the table, she made sure she cleaned the table. The pizza was yummy and the place was just great. SO CLEAN! “About four years ago, I had to stop eating from Pizza Pizza (Yonkers location) because the quality of the food was no longer great. Not entirely sure what happened, but I remember missing food, salads with wilted lettuce, pizza that tasted different each time we orderd, etc.

I went back to it again last month, as I saw the reviews change for the positive. Glad to say it's back to it's quality I knew since a kid! The food is great, the pizza is awesome, and the new online website makes things so much better - I can be as picky as I choose when ordering and they deliver. The taste of the food is amazing and I'm happy to spend for my family here, as I can rely on the great service and the even greater food.

“Enjoyed many different types of pizza …. All delicious! Not only is it great pizza, the owner is so friendly and accommodating. We were a group of 15 whose bus broke down near Sophia’s Pizza. The owner and regulars welcomed us for over two hours! Make this place your daily pizza spot for an awesome slice or many whole pies! Can’t recommend enough!“
