“Took my grandmother here. She’s incredibly picky about all restaurants because they are either too loud or the food is bad. She loved this place! It wasn’t too busy which means it was a nice quiet dining experience. We ordered two appetizers both of which were amazing and well sized for sharing. We all got an entree and we all loved what we ordered. (Most of us had to take home leftovers the portions were so big!!) Lastly we got dessert. The portions were once again large and the quality was amazing. I went to pastry school so I’m qualified to say that the chocolate cake was the world’s most delicious thing ever. Started with clams Orengenata they were so fresh with a creamy lemon sauce . I had Veal Scaloppini with prosciutto and grilled zucchini and fontina cheese. Omg brown sauce was so good. Veal mostly tender. One piece was little chewy. We also ordered the ravioli special. They were stuffed with artichoke and cheese. Really flavorful and cooked perfectly. The fresh pasta with seasonal preparations are always divine and not your classic Italian dishes (e.g. gnocci with the lamb neck meat this spring, and wild boar in the winter), the wine on point, and the service warm and authentic. The atmosphere is elevated bistro, so it works for date night or dinner with friends but the food is significantly better than any other local restaurant. We started with Clams Casino and Clams Oreganato. They both were absolutely, fresh, tasty and we loved them both. I had the capellini with crabmeat and shrimp and I was so pleased with the taste of the creamy tomatoe sauce and the sweetness of the crab meat and delicate flavor of the shrimp. This pasta dish was superb. My husband ordered the Seafood Pescatore with linguine. He was enjoying the dish and all the seafood ; mussels, clams, calamari and shrimp were all tender, fresh and delicious. We ordered the creme brulee with blackberries and dragonfruit. What a wonderful burst of texture, creaminess and crunch of glazed sugar browned to perfection. We have found our Italian Cucina that will be our "go to" in Yonkers. Tutti a mangiare a tavola.“

“We had lunch at Orrico's today, following Wally's Instagram testimonial! It did not disappoint! Toni Ann and Robert are the most warm and friendly owners/host and chef! There were four of us, and we ordered a bunch of appetizers to start, one more delicious than the next! Baked clams oreganato were perfectly seasoned and fresh. If you can imagine a potato croquette getting any better, these were smothered in the most delicious marsala mushroom sauce. Dirty potato chips… Smothered in Gorgonzola sauce with chopped tomato and meatball! Delicious creamy arancini...the tomato sauce is amazing. For entrées, we were actually stuffed and decided to share a few entrées. We went with the highly recommended chicken parm and a custom dish that chef Robert was happy to oblige on! It was fried eggplant layered with a brown marsala mushroom sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. To die for! We had the spinach salad with cranberries, pears, and candied walnuts, and a raspberry vinegar dressing.... Side of bleu cheese. Amazing. The portions are so generous, we actually took leftovers home! Not that we needed it, but the delicious fresh crusty bread brought to the table, hit the spot as well, especially when soaking up all of the delicious sauces from our dishes! “Excellent quality food, generous portions at reasonable prices! From the outside, this place looks like a plain-looking slice shop, but it is so much more than that. The service is friendlier than you normally would expect at a place like this, and they even packed up the leftovers for us. That's always a plus in terms of service. I had the fettuccine carbonara, which was certainly above average in quality. I find that carbonara is a difficult and unusual dish to make, so it's a good way to test an Italian restaurant. This place certainly passed the carbonara test. The portion size was absolutely enormous! It was better than the carbonara I had at a certain Michelin-starred restaurant in New Rochelle! I also had the opportunity to taste the fagioli soup, spinach pizza, and eggplant pizza. Everything was delicious. All of this, and the bill was under $50, with the tip included. Can't beat that.“
“My husband and I went to burrata for dinner today. It was a Saturday so we did have to wait around 50 minutes, so I would suggest making a reservation online if possible. We grabbed a drink at the bar next door while we waited. I really liked a the ambiance of the place- modern yet homey feel. Service was excellent, food came in a timely manner. We ordered the Araninci which was delicious, the burrata - yum. For mains we ordered the pappardelle which was really good, and the mushroom jalapeño pizza which we also enjoyed. For dessert we had the tiramisu which from a distance I thought looked like a store bought tiramisu because they wrap it in one of those plastic pieces to keep it together, but once the waiter opened it up all of the cream at the top fell to the sides like lava! It was really good- coming from someone who is very picky about tiramisu! Drinks- I had an espresso martini (no baileys) which was also good Definitely will be coming back here- with a reservation next time!“
