“My friends and I live in different states we found Basilico as a middle ground to meet and thankfully they were able to accommodate us. I must say from the minute you walk in to the 4 hours later the staff were beyond courteous and accommodating. The food was AMAZING the drinks in another level. The bartender made special drinks to accommodate us. My only regret was having too many spicy margaritas not to recall everyone’s name 🫣. Regardless even as we closed down the restaurant and staff were leaving as we stood in front talking, they still treated us as family. Ultimately if you want a cozy family like experience but with exceptional food and above and beyond service Basilico is a must. Oh and the favorites were the lamb chops, seafood risotto and lava cake just as an fyi.🤗🤗“

“Wife and I flew into JFK late one Friday. We were famished , it was 1030 by the time we got to Arthur Ave.. We parked and walked , came upon people eating alfresco. We asked if any place was still serving. The "MAN" Vic asked what we would like, from one of the tables. In no time we had a bottle of Vino Tinto in front of us and people were making us try food they were dining on. I felt like I was at my friends ,' THE PIAZZAS " house. “Please make your next night out at Crispin's. I came here on a Friday night on a fluke because it was raining and got sangria to pass the storm. It quickly turned into wine, free bread, and the best pappardelle bolognese I've had (and priced so well at $18 for fresh pasta). The owner was so great, and I genuinely hope his business succeeds as much as he was so nice to me. Definitely worth a visit!“
