“The employees are very attentive...I absolutely love their vibe and their welcoming nature....
But the manager(Female) is not pleasant at all..even towards the employees...I had gone today to do my regular and I made it up to the counter to order and she came from the back to do something and as soon as I and the ppl behind me seen her we exited the store...I hadn't a clue the people behind me were exiting for the same exact reason until we were all outside...

I will not go back while she's there EVER!!

HER ATTITUDE SUCKS!!

“Mochi Dolci is one of my favorite places in the UWS. It's a family-owned business that TRULY CARES about the people that walk in for food, drinks, and hanging out. I love many of their #mochidonuts - classics like black sesame and taro but I love their playful ones such as fruity pebbles. Other dishes are good to such as their pork belly bao, mango salad, and dumplings. Of course, their #milktea and #bobatea are delicious. I recently tried their matcha milk tea with strawberry popping boba. Their place is cozy and welcoming. They have a speakeasy too - I have not been, but they were kind to let me explore it (with their permission). I look forward to come back for drinks and food with friends! “I haven’t tried this location yet but I personally got to try the one in Upper East Side and it heartbreaks me that people are downing the donuts, they are sweet to perfection but some people are rather used to diabetic sugary stuff like other places that add TONS of sugar and make sweets unejoyable, ima be honest I hate having snacks or sweet treats but this company’s donuts is the only exception other then that I like to keep my diet completely healthy.
