“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! “I was excited to visit after so many good reviews. I have been at two locations and I have ordered 4 times overall, it is just OK, I am not impressed by the taste of the coffee, there are much better coffees around on UES in terms of the taste. Also, I do not trust their good rating anymore after I felt being kinda pushed to give the best reviews and immediately - I do not like that and I believe many people did it on the spot. I did not particularly liked the food/snacks, it was ok.“
