Dunkin' has improved significantly over time, thanks to good management. The staff, including Kanis, provide excellent service. However, the area outside the restaurant can be intimidating due to people loitering and littering. Be cautious when ordering sweet drinks, as they can be overly sugary, but the staff is happy to remake drinks to customers' liking.
