The guy who works the morning is not customer oriented to say the least. Lacks in the knowledge department & people skills. The women who is there from 4 am on is incredible, if she was to leave ever; my coworker and I would never come back. She is the best Dunkin employee I have ever felt with, give her a raise.
The most amazing people work at this Dunkin. They are so friendly, cheerful and a breath of fresh air. Customer service is 100/100!!! Everyone who has helped me has always been delightful and always wears the brightest smiles. I have to highlight Jenn and Ella. Hearing Jenn's voice on the drive thru speaker instantly puts a smile on my face and is the start I need for the day. You can hear her smile through her voice. I always order by the app. The service is fast and the food is good. The coffee was a the best, I ordered lattes with oat milk and there is nothing to miss from regular milk. The flavor is amazing.
