“Quick service. Order made correctly. My only issue is that one of the workers started mopping the floor around me as I waited for my order, pausing for me to move so he could mop my spot where I was standing. There was no one else in the store. He could've waited until I received my order. Also he created a slip hazard around me, I luckily did not fall with my hot coffee.“
“The service, food, and atmosphere were all amazing! I was a little hesitant at first to try a Korean Corn Dog coated in sugar, but it was actually pretty good! My little sister forgot her bubble tea (really good by the way) where we were sitting and one of the staff brought it out to us as we were leaving. Overall it was a wonderful and delightful experience and I highly recommend this place!“
“This kind of donut is not the same thing you are getting at DD or Krispy Kreme. It is a rice batter and has a really unique and tasty flavor. The topping are also very good too and add a lot. However, this location has sales that help support the local school systems and I really appreciate their community involvement. Bravo!“
“The most amazing people work at this Dunkin. They are so friendly, cheerful and a breath of fresh air. Customer service is 100/100!!! Everyone who has helped me has always been delightful and always wears the brightest smiles. I have to highlight Jenn and Ella. Hearing Jenn's voice on the drive thru speaker instantly puts a smile on my face and is the start I need for the day. You can hear her smile through her voice. She is so kind, so pleasant, so patient and is purely amazing!! Then, you get to the window and is greeted by Ella who showers you with the biggest smile and warmest "Good Morning". She hands you your items and always wishes you a good day. On top of the exceptional customer service my order is always how I order it, they nail it every time! “I have gone to this Dunkin since I was extremely little, and the staff still remember me by name. They always make my orders with love and care. The staff that work here are incredibly kind and warm to all customers. On top of all this, they are extremely hardworking! Call me biased, but I've worked two barista jobs and it is extremely stressful and anxiety-inducing work. From 7:30 am when I arrived an hour and a half later when I left, they were busy busy busy. Not a single break of the flow of customers.
