“The most delicious mother daughter dynamic duo! Always delicious and cant get enough of everything they make. It’s too good!“

“The cookies are like the best cookies I’ve ever tasted in my life!!! The M&M’s cookies are my top favorite cookies!!! They are the tastiest M&M’s cookies I’ve ever tasted in my life!!! I can’t get enough of them!!! I buy them a lot almost every time I visit the Palisades mall!!! Almost every time I buy cookies from Great American Cookies, I see that girl Savannah almost every time!!!!!!! Savannah is always so kind, sweet, happy, friendly, social, supportive, professional and has a very good sense of humor!!!!!! She has checked me out many times and we’ve had some nice chats for a few minutes during the transactions and I enjoyed it a lot!!!!!!!!! She is very talented in her work at Great American Cookies and provides great customer service just like all the other employees do!!!!! I am very proud of Savannah and all the other staff for their hard work at Great American Cookies!!!!!!!! All the staff deserve extra credit for their hard work and service!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend this bakery for employment!!!!!!!! I interned at this bakery once back in the fall of 2022 during my junior year in high school! I was adding M&M’s in the cookie dough and then rolling the dough and heating them up in the oven! It was so much fun! I visit the Palisades almost every day whenever I’m in town!!! I am very sad when I’m not in town but I visit when I can! I have a job in the Outer Banks, NC. And my dad lives on the Outer Banks so I am currently staying with him. I work for a retail company called Publix Supermarkets Inc. I am a cashier in the customer service department. I have been working for Publix since July 2024. I enjoy it a lot but it’s not like being home in NY. Next time I am in town, I’ll definitely buy some cookies from Great American Cookies again!!!!!!!! I look forward to seeing any of the outstanding staff members including Savannah or any other staff member at the bakery as soon as I buy some cookies!!!!!!! I think Great American Cookies hires excellent staff members!!!!!!!!!“

“I absolutely love leaving positive reviews, especially when I come across businesses like Susan's. She operates on a whole different level of excellence, and her unwavering commitment to detail and high-quality products surpasses all other establishments. When it comes to bakeries and restaurants, Susan's place puts them to shame in the best way possible. Her team is simply outstanding, and their dedication to providing top-notch customer service was evident throughout my entire visit. The food was nothing short of exquisite – it was incredibly fresh, unbelievably fluffy, and wonderfully delicious. Every bite was a scrumptious delight that left me in awe. In fact, it was so amazing that I can only describe it as "AMAZBALLS"! I have no doubt that Susan's bakery is the best in the state, and I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to pay a visit and savor everything they have to offer. It's an experience you won't want to miss!“
