If you love pretzels, this is your place. Their pretzels are a tad bit harder than Wetzel's. I have been here multiple times over the years. Staff is always decently friendly, no big issue! I prefer softer pretzels, and they have a crispier harder shell than Wetzel's does. Wetzel's has more of a gooey chew, this is more of a tougher bite, but not in a bad way! In the Palisades Mall in Nyack New York, this associate's so nasty to me and my mom while trying to get my birthday gift from Auntie Annie's. I have been coming to Auntie Annie's and having pretzels for years but this experience has made me disgusted with the way we were treated.
