Noble Experiment Brewing Company is a true hidden gem and a very welcoming place with a great vibe and no pressure. It is everything you want in a local brewery, with a community of people who have quickly become friends. The food is delicious, awesome, and tasty, especially the cheesesteak and the Apple Brie Grill Cheese, with weekly one-off recipes so there is always something new to try. The beer is incredible, with a strong variety of styles and many drink options, including a great selection of IPAs and cocktails like the phenomenal Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned. The atmosphere is great, featuring live music, karaoke, trivia night, and football Sundays. It is a special, fun, and reasonably priced place where you always feel genuinely welcomed and included.
