The first pie I had from John at Fenice was the Detroit Red...which Tony picked up for me last week when i was at work...i finished the whole pie by just after midnight...but I had to go for the regular NY Cheese pie fresh from the oven. We scored one of the two tables there and were able to decide which of the other slices to bring home...it was like a pizza candy store. We didn't finish our pie so brought home two slices, and I wanted to try John's sicilian, I couldn't leave...read full review
We tried Pizza Fenice for the first time this weekend because we read about their gluten free pizza and it is AMAZING! Who could image a crist crust and EXCELLENT and substantial topings! We got 2 gluten free and one regular pizzas and they were all to die for! We have never had a crisp and thick gluten-free crust and everything was scrumptious! And, it reheated so well that it tasted as good the next day! We will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks so much John! Judy, Jan and Joe! 👍😍
AMAZING FOOD! The chicken and eggplant parm sandwiches are wonderful! The Detroit style pizza takes square pizza to another level. Kudos to owner John for a great meal and hospitality!
