“Food is literally delicious. Anything you choose from the selection is sure to be good: I had the chicken curry(tastes like someone’s grandma is back there making it) rice , Swedish meatball and salad.”

“I will definitely come back and edit this review if I visit again and have a different experience. The baked goods purchased were enjoyed by my family and they had a decent selection for a smaller bakery. The atmosphere however was cold and the staff was not friendly at all. There were some preteen girls hanging out at the tables. The person helping me was more interested in making faces about every question I asked (over my shoulder with the girls) than helping me. It was a very weird experience. Not what I’m used to in present day diverse Pelham. Providing a safe space is cool but it should not become a mean girl experience towards customers. Thnx”
“Incredible deli sandwiches - great chicken cutlet especially. Cool, small spot. Not much seating. Avoid lunch time because all of the high schoolers come then. Also good breakfast bacon egg and cheeses!”

“I go here every day at noon for a drink and some seafood. The waiter is really nice, and I love the taste of the food. It's my go-to spot for lunch breaks. In the evening, I bring my friends and family because this is my favorite seafood restaurant. They have happy hours with great prices, so it's best to come early and not miss out on the deal. Big thanks to my server, Jennifer; she's really cute and pretty.”

“Great. Local taco place. Word has it. The drinks are pretty good too though I haven't tried them. If you want to authentic Mexican food (and most of us don't know what that is anyway), this is not the place, but it's reliable, it's consistent, and it's pretty darn good.”

Our kids aged 6 & 8 love the food! The owner is fantastic!I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but every visit, we can only share our experience, which has always been great! We have tried many hibachi restaurants in Westchester, and this is our go-to!”

“I hated Lima beans, until I ate them at Contento. In fact, everything I ate there was perfection. My husband and I sat at the bar, which is exactly where I’d sit again. It’s cozy, comfortable and you can see some of the kitchen action as well as chat with fellow diners. The chef came out and helped us pick out a great bottle of wine. I use a wheelchair, which is what first attracted me to going to Contento. I appreciate feeling included. But I have recommended the place to friends and the next time I’m in New York I look forward to going back.”

“Absolutely delicious. We had the “Casa ” and the “Carcio” sandwiches, both outstandingly delicious with each component even better than the next. Bought a ball of burrata too, best I have ever had. The staff was fun, accommodating and fast. The ambiance of the the store is true and pure. A must try experience all the way around. A+++ Yum & fun!”

“Lovely place with an old continent feel to it.The staff and atmosphere are always great. The food is excellent (almost as good as my mom’s). I wish the meats were less salty but that definitely didn’t stop me. As an Eastern European I am extremely picky (and can pinpoint things that can definitely be improved - flavor-wise) but all my American friends love this place so they won’t be disappointed. The bread will be a hit too. They have an interesting rendition of tres leches. So definitely worth coming - especially in a group so everyone can share.”

“Mussette in Harlem is a wine bar that truly understands the art of hospitality. From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was stellar—attentive without being overbearing. The Women’s History wine flight they offer is not just unique but also a testament to their commitment to inclusivity and celebration of diversity in the wine world. And let's talk about their charcuterie boards—absolutely sublime! The selection of cheeses, dried fruit and nuts paired perfectly with the wines we chose. But what truly sets Mussette apart is the warmth and genuine passion of the staff. They made our evening unforgettable, offering insights and recommendations that enhanced our experience. If you're in Harlem and looking for a cozy spot with exceptional wine and hospitality, Mussette is the place to be.”

“The Atmosphere is Always Excellent, Service is TOP Notch. Food is Amazing.Only fault that I can say is that.. trying to get in for a Dinner is Insane. Unfortunately they do Not Accept Reservations so you can come to the door & find out you have a 2+hrs wait. Talk about a Heart Break. But for Lunches it's ALWAYS a Homerun. I would recommend Taverna Kycklades to Anyone that asks me for a Top Notch Greek Meal.”

“Had a 'dinner' of appetizers here with the family. Something for everyone-from the vegan, the vegetarian, to the carnivores. We enjoyed the fava beans dish, loved the liver and sweet reads, and the meatballs. Atmosphere was quiet, and the spot is small, so for a larger group-we we're 5 people, I'd make a reservation. Food came out super fast, and the staff was very friendly. Next time we will try the dishes.”

“My first time dining here and it was a 10/10 experience, my friends and I were elated!! Food was served hot and fresh, large portions and friendly service — it was amazing! We sat in the outdoor sitting area, it was so great watching people come and go as we enjoyed our meals and chatted. I got the Chicken Parm, it was soo huge and filling. I highly recommend coming here — I look forward to visiting again!Kid-friendliness: Saw some families coming in and dining which was pretty sweet to see!”

“My friend and I enjoyed our steak and bœuf bourguignon with ample sauce, and Moussa easily allowed us to change the vegetables on the menu to some others that we preferred. As always, we enjoyed our fabulous French food. C'était un repas magnifique! Karina”

“Went there for the bottomless brunch with some friends. While we had a blast, we misunderstood the bottomless brunch deal: on top of paying for an entree, you can get bottomless drinks for 90 minutes for 30 something dollars, which when you look at it you better be drinking A LOT for it to make financial sense, so be warned.”

“I was eying this place ever since moving into the neighborhood and I finally visited when family came into town. The place held up to my expectations I can see why it is always busy. The staff is friendly, we did not wait for a table, and everything was served in good time. For food we did steak, salmon, lemon potatoes, and calamari, everything was so so good and the portions were big. I will definitely be coming back”

“What’s left of Little Italy in the Bronx is alive and well at Gino’s. It’s the best cannoli this side of the Atlantic and the coffee lives up to a similar standard.”

“SEARCH NO MORE for your next intimate & fun party venue! CHARLIE'S, The Bonnie's sister bar right next door was everything I dreamed of and more for my 30th Birthday party. Let me set the scene for ya'll... 35 of my closest friends, Game of Thrones themed decor & fits, cocktails that made everyone say "I drink and I know things" and the most fire food in the neighborhood... the party was a SLAY. Tali, the company's event coordinator, is the sweetest, most hard-working, and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to your event. She even went above and beyond to surprise me with a GOT themed menu by naming my cocktails after details of life. For example, she named the spicy margarita after my dog, "Kevyn the Kingslayer." COME ON! How amazing is that?!Speaking of cocktails... the incredible bartender, Olivia, bartended Red Witch magic with the amazing cocktails she made for everyone. She even dressed along with the theme, with her sword, serving vibes that was giving Night's Watch combined with Red Keep of the Bar. Everyone kept raving about every cocktail she made with style and care. When it comes to the food, The Bonnie always delivers, so of course my hopes were high for Charlie's. AND MY HOPES WERE MET! The ham and cheese toastie platter was delicious. The franks in a blanket were some of the best I've ever had. The beef sliders were a HUGE hit. And there were veggie options so we had the veggie quesadilla and the mac and cheese bites which were a crowd favorite.Overall, this party at Charlie's made me feel like Daenerys Targaryen on top of her Throne, like the Queen that was promised. Thank you to the Bonnie's manager Gerard for popping in to see if everything was going smoothly as well! That was so sweet. To The Bonnie/Charlie's staff - Tali, Olivia, Gerard, barbacks - Marvin & Pascual, and the talented chefs/kitchen staff, thank you so much! Your hospitality is EPIC!”
“The food is good every time we order but it takes forever to get your food! The only thing I would pass on is the beef as it is super chewy and overcooked. Everything else is pretty good.”

“The venue is beautifully done. All the staff was attentive and pleasant. We had greek sausage, manouri wrapped in phyllo with honey& sesame seeds to start. The swordfish and mignon kebabs were perfect!!! And the yogurt with vissino(sour cherry) spoon sweets was the perfect way to end the meal. :-)”
