We love burger bar, John the owner is always accommodating and very personable, has a great rapport with his staff! Liz is an amazing bartender and she’s super funny and friendly, we love coming to visit her. Sam is a fantastic bartender as well! Food is really good!
It’s become increasingly difficult to find an actual sitdown restaurant that has charbroiled burgers. Sure smash burgers on a griddle are fine, but there’s nothing like a charbroil burger cooked over an open flame. Burger Bar 57 is a restaurant in Pelham, NY. The food is really good, and the burgers are really good. The burgers are charbroiled burgers cooked over an open flame. The fries, fried pickles, and onion rings are amazing too. The wings were just as good. The Frank Sinatra burgers were DELICIOUS. The brioche bun, lettuce, tomato, and toppings all came together perfectly. The cocktails were strong and not too sweet. There is an excellent salad selection. The service was amazing, and the staff was extremely attentive. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The atmosphere was very comfortable. It almost felt like you were in a relatives house. The walls are decorated with pictures of Frank Sinatra, Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe, and on the TV they’re playing oldies. There is a nice crowd, and even outdoor seating. The burger is incredibly tasty and memorable. The burger was AMAZING. The burger was fresh, juicy, cooked perfectly, and loaded with flavor. The fries were hot, crispy, and a great addition. Burger Bar 57 is the place to be and eat. The food, service, staff, music, and overall vibe are just perfect. Best burger place in town. If you’re craving a good burger, Burger Bar 57 is definitely worth the visit.
