“These wings are delicious and I was very impressed... Usually when I bring wings home from any other spot, they're soggy. But this wasn't the case and after about 45 minutes of driving I came home and they were all crispy and fresh and the sauces were great too.... I enjoyed every last one of them....“

Mozzarella sticks were frozen, Cajun fries, a handful of paprika drowned over the top Today beer that's normally $6 was $8 plus a $4 tip, tax and looking for another tip. Bill should have been $20 it's $30. Live with your wn failure. Don't put it on the customers. Pretty bartenders won't cover incompetence.“

“The food and prices are very decent and the person at the counter are very nice all the time. I buy food every weekend and never had any stomach problems like other places that get you sick because of the place not being clean properly. So far I give them an A+.“

“One of the workers gave me an extremely hard time about the dips that were included in my meal. I hadn’t ordered the food but someone else did so I only had a screenshot of part of the receipt. She said I needed the full receipt to confirm that I had multiple dips. Then after telling her I searched the entire bag, in a rude voice she said I had to bring the bag in to prove that there were no dips, as if I was lying. Then she put two dips in the bag, and then shoved the bag towards me. I told her I needed 4 more and she started laughing saying they were coming. On top of all of that they forgot my fries and I didn't even feel like going back in there. She was so extra and rude for no reason.“

“Ordered takeout from Don Chicken on Northern Blvd and went for the Spicy Soy Garlic Chicken and it did not disappoint. The pieces were pretty big, juicy inside, and had that trademark Korean fried chicken crunch: thin, shatter-crispy, never greasy. The soy garlic glaze was spot on savory, garlicky, with just enough kick to keep me reaching for another bite.

I also tried the Sweet & Spicy flavor not bad at all, just leaned sweeter than what I usually like.

What I really appreciate is how Korean fried chicken is different from the fried chicken most of us grew up with. Instead of a thick, heavy batter, it’s double-fried a method that actually came about in Korea in the 1960s and 70s when fried chicken started getting popular alongside beer (“chimaek,” short for chicken + maekju/beer, is now a whole culture). That double fry gives you the crunch without the grease, and the sauces like this soy garlic add layered flavor instead of just salt and breading.

For takeout, it traveled well too the chicken stayed crisp even by the time I got home, which tells you they’re doing it right. Generous portions, bold flavor, and that authentic K-fried crispness make the spicy soy garlic the clear winner for me.“

“Chicken Insider is the best place for a real taste. As a Korean, I can say the real authentic one. The chicken was insanely crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside — exactly the texture we expect from real Korean fried chicken. “I used to get chicken from the a flushing location, but this one is more convenient for me. I love that it’s not just chicken burgers. I can’t eat carbs anymore, but sometimes I’m craving fried chicken. I love their fried chicken wings and drumettes. It’s so flavorful. They definitely use a bit of curry powder for seasoning. I get the mild. Their spicy can get very spicy for me. Next time I will try the roast wings or whole chicken. It’s well seasoned, chicken is crunchy, and the value for the money I paid is great! This is not really a sit down place. You can but it’s fairly no frills. Best for takeout and delivery. It’s a mom and pop shop so happy to help out. Also, the chicken isn’t overly salted like Popeyes. Good for a fried chicken fix without raising my blood pressure :)“

“My husband and I went in this afternoon for the first time. We ordered the southwest egg rolls, a gyro for my husband, and a chopped cheese for myself. The southwest egg rolls were pretty solid. The only thing I would suggest is that they’re not placed on lettuce as they were. The lettuce made the bottoms soggy. Otherwise they were really good and the dipping sauce was delicious. My husband did ask for no onions on his gyro, but got onions. That aside the gyro was fantastic. The fried were super crispy thanks to vented plastic to-go containers that should honestly be mandatory. We are looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu!“

EDIT: I Don't know what happened tonight man but I was disappointed in what I received. When I got my food the bag was leaking with oil the dessert I ordered was soaked in oil and my wings were drenched in seasoning on one side and not on the other. It was overly seasoned and salty. It's a hit or miss experience now. No shade to the cooks but please be more consistent.“
