“One of the workers gave me an extremely hard time about the dips that were included in my meal. I hadn’t ordered the food but someone else did so I only had a screenshot of part of the receipt. She said I needed the full receipt to confirm that I had multiple dips. Then after telling her I searched the entire bag, in a rude voice she said I had to bring the bag in to prove that there were no dips, as if I was lying. Then she put two dips in the bag, and then shoved the bag towards me. I told her I needed 4 more and she started laughing saying they were coming. On top of all of that they forgot my fries and I didn't even feel like going back in there. She was so extra and rude for no reason.“

“If you want your halal food made quickly and with quality come here. You can get any platter over rice for 10 dollars with a canned soda and fries included. They have a big selection with fair prices and the employees are respectful / hard working. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fries are skinnier than pictured on the menu but man was that chicken over rice so good“

“This is the First pizza place we went to in NYC and it did not fail! We wanted authentic and not something super popular but also really good. This could be the best pizza we have ever had. Although i came yesterday evening & these kids were in the lobby kind of harassing the guy behind the register over an order they didn’t want to confirm, the guy kept saying. He just kept asking them to confirm on the app & explaining to them why they had to do it but you could tell they didn’t care. “Just happened to find this place while walking through the Bronx. What an amazing gem! We had the seafood boil - which came with loads of giant crab legs, shrimp, and lobster tail swimming in butter and garlic. It was sooo yummy and decadent. We had to use like 50 napkins because the butter was dripping everywhere. It seemed a bit pricey, but it was such a great experience and we had enough leftovers for dinner the next day.“

“Delicious wings my favorite is the Hawaiian ones and honey wings.The waiters are nice and their never a super long line. They do prioritize delivery orders first but other than that their rather quick with their orders. I can't wait to eat here again“

“Great vibe, good music, and a mature crowd. Service is slow and needs improvement, but bartenders are good. Drinks are on point. Parking is the worst. I have only gone on Friday nights . It's definitely worth going for a girls' night to take in some good music and wind down. Highly recommend.“

After visiting this location for a few more times, I can give a more accurate review. Initial review was during the first week this place opened up.

The burger is not bad, has all the classics ingredients for a regular burger but for me too little meat. For a better meaty burger I recommend getting two patties. The single patty burgers leaves me feeling unsatisfied.

The fries from the last few times I orders has been bad. They are shoestring cut fries and it seems like they fry a bunch ahead of time and keep them to the side until needed. Some of them are hard as a pretzel and others limp.

Unfortunately the wings seem like they suffer the same fate, but with less flavor. It’s not common to get un-breaded halal wings in the Bronx (most of them are the tiny breaded ones from your local halal deli), but they are missing some marinade or something to bring it alive, besides drenching it with sauce.

The crispy chicken sandwich was very oily, and definitely double fried. Which means it was half fried before and left to the side until a customer orders one and they re-fry them. This makes the chicken rubbery and the breading dark brown and oily. I rather wait a few more minutes for a made to order chicken sandwich.

Being raised in the neighborhood, I was excited to have this place open up and wanted to make it regular place I go, to get my fix, but they have to work on some quality control before they have me be a regular. I really hope they listen to the customers concerns and revamp their process in the kitchen. I really want to see local halal businesses like this one succeed but the food has to be up to par.

The workers there are very friendly and the atmosphere is your nicely decorated burger joint.

Let me say I the food always tasted great ? my go to food at Sunflower is boneless crispy chicken with french fries. Fried dumplings, chicken wings, sweet and sour chicken and General Tso.
Pork fried rice and egg rolls. Half fried chicken with fried green bananas.

“It's the usual Little Ceasars pizza shop. You go in and order and wait for your food to be cooked. I have to tell them to cook the pizza alk the way because sometimes the dough be soft and doughy. The last time I asked for mine to be cooked, it was not burnt. They starting to get pricey. I ordered the 3-Meat and 5-Meat.“

“I've been to so many chicken spots in NYC, but this is, by far THE best TX chicken spot in the entire Bronx. Their biscuits were the best part of the meal too. I tried a bite from one from my husband's meal and ended up going back up to order a 6pk of biscuits afterwards. The guys serving were super kind and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best price for what we were ordering too.

“It was my first time visiting this Kennedy Chicken Grill location and I was blown away by the exceptional service and the atmosphere not to forget it was extremely clean and well maintained. The guys behind the counter work as it's a family business and so they treated every customer the same with respect and appreciation. The only thing is that this location needs some seating for customers. I was standing inside the restaurant for quite sometime eating my meal and also observing the service. Extraordinary team work. “Business is very good and the store clerks are very friendly.
The fried chicken set is very delicious. Whether it is fried chicken, French fries or biscuits, they are all hot. The chicken skin is crispy but the gravy is intact. It is really satisfying when you bite it.“
