Great customer service from the whole crew and the manager is so professional
There was a problem with the store phone and I could not make a special request but once I got there Mike was willing to accommodate me. One of the best burgers I've had in a while.
Staff have an attitude, and pick up orders are not ready at the promise time.

Buffalo Wild Wings GO on Bartow Avenue in the Bronx has recently opened and has received mixed reviews. Many customers praise the exceptional service, particularly highlighting staff members like Jessie and Gerard for their friendly and accommodating nature. Reviewers appreciated the hot and fresh Bone In wings, with one customer noting they received their order quickly, unlike other locations. However, some experiences were less favorable, as one customer reported receiving the wrong type of wings and missing an item from their order, leading to disappointment. Despite these issues, management, including Nayeli, was noted for addressing concerns with kindness and providing additional items to make up for mistakes. Overall, while the restaurant has room for improvement in order accuracy, the friendly staff and quality of the food have left a positive impression on many visitors.
