“We love ordering Angie’s for work lunches a few blocks down the road. When those pizza boxes make their way to the staff lounge we know it’s going to be a delicious treat. We often place a large order for a variety of pies including classic cheese, pepperoni, meat lovers, veggie, white, and Hawaiian. “Service terrible and tomato soup tasted like it was watered down plus cold.Waitress was visiting with colleagues more than giving us service. We were the only ones in the restaurant during lunchtime. When it came to receiving our bill she put the wrong price down she said there was no manager to talk to which she lied to us. “My favorite Vietnamese place though there aren't that many in the Bronx. This place is newer compared to CTNK, the broth is richer and more flavorful. When I went to CTNK it was quite diluted and there wasn't much meat. The meat to noodle ratio here is pretty satisfying. I sat down to eat here and it was pretty quiet and i noticed at least to 5 other men coming in for their pizza so it must be pretty good, I'll have to try it another time. Pretty much no fuss or frills got my food within 5 minutes. I totally recommend the special pho - pho dac biet.

Adding more photos, stopped by again today with my husband. We got the spicy pho p10, delicious and the right amount of meat and heat, loaded with herbs. I tried the sugarcane juice and it was lightly sweet, herby and refreshing. Also tried the tamarind peanut juice which was good but a bit on the warm side.“

“This is a hidden gem in the bronx like someone else said here. Old school pizza, big, generous and tasty. The price is crazy cheap! For instance, I am capable of eating 6 out of 8 "little italy" large pie slices, but at My Place Family Pizza, both small and large pies , I could do just 4! These are real heavy cheese and good saucy slices and the only pizza to compete with them in size is Koronet pizza. I ordered on the phone and picked up my order. On both times 15 min later my order was ready. The staff were corteous and punctual they do a good job. Do a favor to yourself and ignore those low reviews from people who complaint about delivery, who dont carry cash or do not get from their menu cinnamon bread, coconut bread, dessert cakes, etc, frankly speaking they might know papajhons for "pizza". Besides all comments, this is a food place not a hotel. This pizza took me 20 years in time to the old albanian, italian pizza places around el barrio, washington heigths, donwtown manhattan and for sure brooklyn. Dont miss a fresh pizza pie here! “THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! The only pizza place that I know that has their slices under $2. Everywhere else I go to are $2.50 to $3.25 and I have been coming here as of late. The slices are a decent size but nothing to complain about and I come all the way from Kingsbridge Road (197th University) to buy here because it IS worth it and the large pizza pies are $10 and you won't find that price anywhere else as all the pizza places I go to now have the large pies for $15 to $20 which is ridiculous. To me it is worth the trip because if it wasn't, I wouldn't be typing out this review here. To hell with all the pizza spots here on Kingsbridge Road and Bedford Park, this is the one I will be going to from now on.“

The slices are large, the dough is very tasty, they have seasoning on the side you can add seasonings to your pizza if you want and the price is good. I have tried rays down the block but I found it to be overly salty, Golden Pizza is top notch for me and I highly recommend.“
