The handmade pasta was absolutely incredible; fresh, perfectly textured, and the kind of pasta you can immediately tell is made in-house with care. And the Neapolitan pizza? Easily one of the best I’ve had in NYC. Light, airy crust with that perfect char and high-quality ingredients that speak for themselves. The whole atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and authentically Italian without trying too hard. Absolutely a neighborhood gem!“

“Delicious! I am very impressed. I grew up in NY and one of my childhood spots had the best chicken roll and I’ve struggled to find one with solid quality chicken that is lean and well breaded with a delicious sauce - this one is it! It also is massive for the price I could only eat half as a dinner serving. Also got a regular slice from Jack’s which was also delicious - perfect sauce to cheese ratio and crispy crust. Overall 5/5.“

“By far the best Italian in Astoria. Yes, it's very pricey (full on Manhattan prices) but it's a rare instance where you're paying for real quality.

Mushroom risotto with truffle was excellent, perfectly al dente, and not overpowering with the truffle. The ravioli were super delicate and definitely made fresh in house. Pricing at $32 and $38 is pretty nuts for a plate of pasta, but they were very good.

For appetizers, the calamari was clearly fresh, lightly breaded, and perfectly fried, and the meatballs were moist and tender.

Timing between the courses was great; enough time to digest and enjoy the meal with no rush.

Dessert - tiramisu and panna cotta - was fine but nothing special and overpriced at $14 a pop. I'd skip it next time.

All in all an excellent, albeit very expensive, meal and without a doubt the best Italian in Astoria.“

“I've lived next to this pizza place, literally right next door, for 3 years. I've never gone, not sure why, maybe because it was "too close" and when you go out to eat you always look to go someplace a little out of your neighborhood. And it's always so easy to say, " oh it's so close I'll just go next time."

I cannot believe I've slept on this place for so long. I had three cheese slices and they were extremely solid. This isn't your fancy flare 57th Street Pizza. This is your no frills, unpretentious, delicious neighborhood slice, with a solid crust, thin body and satisfying marinara to cheese ratio.
