“The fact that they welcome you at the entrance In Italian is a good sign.
Amazing food, decent prices, specially for cocktails and drinks in general, I appreciate they don’t intent to overcharge you
Service is amazing, we celebrate a birthday and they sang and so on. Very cute 🥰
Thank you so much guys , will definitely come back again.
Ps : caccio e peppe is a must if you like creamy pasta.“

“Today was our second time here and from start to end this place was outstanding, the drinks were so refreshing, the grill octopus as an appetizer was so tender and yummy, the entree and deserts, all very good !“

“By far the best Italian in Astoria. Yes, it's very pricey (full on Manhattan prices) but it's a rare instance where you're paying for real quality.
Mushroom risotto with truffle was excellent, perfectly al dente, and not overpowering with the truffle. The ravioli were super delicate and definitely made fresh in house. Pricing at $32 and $38 is pretty nuts for a plate of pasta, but they were very good.
For appetizers, the calamari was clearly fresh, lightly breaded, and perfectly fried, and the meatballs were moist and tender.
Timing between the courses was great; enough time to digest and enjoy the meal with no rush.
Dessert - tiramisu and panna cotta - was fine but nothing special and overpriced at $14 a pop. I'd skip it next time.
All in all an excellent, albeit very expensive, meal and without a doubt the best Italian in Astoria.“

“This was the warm Italian hug I was wanting on our recent trip to NY. We were at the MOMI down the street, and had made reservations for dinner at Sac's after the museum. We had tired, hungry tummies, and were a good hour from our original reservation time. The good people over at Sac's accommodated my family immediately, and with pleasure! The atmosphere was welcoming, comfortable, inviting, and straight up authentic..this coming from a Sicilian girl with olive oil in her veins. My family ordered a variety of dishes, each one spectacular! 2 different pizza's, fried zucchini, sausage, and the BEST shrimp scampi I have ever eaten! The staff treated us like family, and were super attentive, anticipating our needs, and not missing a beat. At the end of our meal, Domenico Sacramone, one of the owners came by our table to chat, it was lovely and greatly appreciated! That's the extra touch of love, and attention someone who really cares about their business, and their customers puts out! It was genuine, and made the experience that much better! If we were locals, this would be our weekly dinner spot! Thank you to all over at Sac's Place for a wonderful meal, and a fantastic dining experience! We will most definitely be back“

“Ora is such a cozy neighborhood spot. The vibe is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The food was excellent — loved the beet salad, the sautéed portobello mushrooms were full of flavor, and the steak was cooked perfectly. Everything felt thoughtful and comforting. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.“

“Pasta, al dente. Sauce, out of this world. Vibes, off the charts. Il Nonno is such a breath of fresh (basil-filled) air. Last night, I stopped in with my friends for dinner and --more than once--after one side of the table tried a dish and implored the other to try, our eyes met in total food joy. "Oh my gah...this is SO good" was uttered too many times to count. Now let's get to the nitty, gritty. Our picks: Porcini ravioli (homemade pasta, phenomenal) Seafood risotto (menu says it's in a light tomato sauce. Definitely light, but it's far more flavorful than what I consider "light tomato sauce") Pasta Bolognese (another handmade wonder, lusciously complex sauce). Pasta Siciliana this one has eggplant and ricotta in a ROBUST sauce. Squid Ink Seafood Pasta was out of control. Like I need more savory adjectives in my life to describe this adequately. Apps. We loved all equally, but I mean calamari fritti is a no-brainer here and I literally had to slap the bread out of one friend's hand because she'd say she was full but relentlessly dipped more and more bread into the white wine mussels broth! The tuna carpaccio was almost too pretty to eat buuuut...we scarfed it down. Finally, Dessert. Chocolate cake (go with me here...you could smell the warm chocolate as it approached the table, incredible). Tiramisu, not too sweet, not too "damp"...perfection. And quite possibly even better than the banging food, we were lucky enough to chat up the delightful owner who introduced us to the chef (who happened to come from a VERY well-known Italian restaurant in Manhattan)! And all of the culinary magic instantly made sense. Don't walk. Don't run. Teleport to this place. Your taste buds will love you for it.“

“Albeit Italian, this is a family-owned restaurant (the owners are Greek). The menu is comprised of mostly Italian dishes, with some inspired Greek dishes. A great neighborhood spot! Love it!“

“I recently dined at this charming Italian restaurant and was genuinely impressed. From the moment we walked in, the warm lighting, rustic décor, and welcoming staff created an inviting atmosphere that felt both elegant and comfortable.
We started with bruschetta and calamari — both fresh and beautifully presented. For the main course, I ordered the Gnocchi Cacio Pepe My friend chose the Margherita pizza, and the thin crust was crisp with just the right balance of tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil.
The service was attentive without being intrusive, and our server offered thoughtful wine pairing suggestions that elevated the meal.“

“Napoli’s is the absolute best. I’ve been to this owners restaurants in Texas. When we heard he opened one in NYC, and we were taking trip up there, we looked it up. EXCELLENT as expected. The cuisine is sublime and reflects the community there in Astoria. Well done Mike & Co.....well done.“

“Best Italian deli in Astoria, no question. I especially love their marinated mushrooms and garlic (both hot and mild). You get what you pay for. I can't afford to go every day, but when I do, I can't get enough.“

“10/10 would recommend and will make it a point to return whenever we come to the city!
Some of the best mussels I’ve ever had, practically melt in your mouth! The baked filet of sole oreganata was phenomenal and so wasn’t the cannoli and cheesecake!
Service was perfect! Great people!
This restaurant turned a canceled flight scenario into one of the best nights of our vacation! By far the best meal of this vacation!
Just another reason to love this city! Can’t wait to return!“
“I am probably their #1 fan on Doordash but I just can't help it, prices are reasonable, grandma slice is phenomonal, cheese calzone is always fresh, pasta is served in massive portions, always arrives hot, quick and well packaged-big fan!“

“Delicious pizza, pasta, and Italian seafood, veal, and chicken classics in a comfortable, not fancy dining room. Good, inexpensive house wine. Friendly service. Moderate prices, excellent value for the money. If you're not dining in, they have fast delivery in the neighborhood.“

“Really enjoyed the takeout I ordered for delivery. The Royal Greens Salads are huge!!! I would say they're twice as big as other salads chains. I wish it was easier though to know the dietary info for the salad dressings as I could not tell which ones were vegan. I love that you can choose your own protein and swap some of the toppings or build your own. I also got the green tofu curry dish from SriPraPhai as well. The sauce was incredibly flavor and I liked the amount of kick it had. It was spicy but not too spicy for me atleast. I do wish it had more tofu in it though as it felt very sauce heavy. I would order takeout from here again especially if I was getting food with someone who wanted something different then me. I appreciate the free delivery and the amazing portion sizes. It's nice to be able to order multiple cuisines as well.“

“This pizzeria is under new Management and I must say the pizza is a lot better than it used to be. I’m happy to say I gave them another chance and stopped by for some pizza today.
The Pizza has fresh cheese and the staff is welcoming, the only thing they are missing is the 2nd chance from the nearby community.“
