We haven't been here in a long time so we recently popped in on a cold Friday evening. There was only one other table of people so it was quiet. The ambience was amazing - dimly lit and plenty of candlelight. By the time we left, the restaurant was filling up! For the food, we wanted to try a little bit of everything. via vai...where to begin. i've been dining here since early 2018..seven years of via vai!!! The ambiance is extremely romantic, it's dimly lit, cozy, hard wood tables and gorgeous plates, it's decorated with italian masks from carnevale, is usually decorated for each holiday and has string lights throughout. you can watch the pizza chef make the pizza as the oven is near the dining area. Absolutely wonderful place with outstanding dishes. Let me clear out couple things. When you come in to dine here it feels like you just travelled to Italy. Every single item on the menu has a unique authentic flavor and you can even taste the passion and care that was put into preparing it.
