Wonderful ambiance, staff is courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable on menu items. They are following COVID guidelines, the place is clean and looks like they have upgraded the decor. The food is delicious and hot. Their tomato sauce is perfect! The sangria is very good too. Great little neighborhood place.
Visiting a family member in the area. Warm, friendly, cozy place inside and outside. A beautiful smile and sincere hello greeted us as we entered. Our waitress was wonderful and attentive. We ordered fried calamari and a meatball pizza for lunch. In a word, delizioso! Crust, sauce, topping, everything perfect. It's no wonder Pronto is such a popular and respected restaurant. Cant wait to return.
A must try, the staff here is great and very welcoming. Quality of food is great and reasonable prices. Give this place a try for top notch food service.

Based on the reviews, Pronto Astoria Restaurant & Pizzeria is a great local spot offering Italian and Italian-American dishes. The best garlic knots are found here, and the best pasta has ever been had. It is a charming neighborhood Italian restaurant with the friendliest staff. The food is absolutely delicious, with everything from Pizza and Pastas to the Alfredo gnocci being highly recommended. The order was perfect on time, warm, with amazing presentation. Guests have sampled every house specialty, including Risotto Bolognese with Burrata, Veal Scaloppine, Chicken Piccata, Mushroom Ravioli, and Chicken Francese. Desserts include Affogato, Tiramisu, Lava Cake, and a crispy-cracklingest Crème Brûlée. The food gets a 10/10 for taste, portions, and price. Anything chosen blows the mind.
