“Compared to other fried chicken joints this one is pretty good. The chicken was fried to perfection with the right amount of crispiness. It also warms up well. At first I didn't like the biscuits but they also warmed up well and tasted much better ths next day. They were moist and buttery. The corn in the cob was juicy. The beef patties were not good. They tasted like they were deep fried and old. Guess that's why a beef patty should not be ordered from a fried chicken fast food chain. Overall, the food and service were good.“

If they aren't on the corner of Jerome Ave and Bedford Park Blvd look down the block over the bridge of the train yard. They have another spot by the entrance to the college.“

“We were on our way back from Pennsylvania and made a quick food stop at the Bronx and in the snow. It's really hard to find parking in that area. We got the mixed platter that consisted of chicken, gyro, rice, salad, and pita bread. They poured a generous amount of sauce and it tasted good. There are few food trucks next to each other so you have options. The food trucks were located by the Virginia Park sign.“

Has an ATM on site as they don't accept cards. Forgot to take pics of place and food. For 6 meals and 2 drinks including beef and chicken it was $70“

“Fouta halal is one of the best west African restaurants in The Bronx located at 1762 Westchester ave right off the corner of st. Lawrence 6 train station I’ve been going here for over 25 years now and the food is always amazingly delicious so if you’re ever in the area you should definitely try them out the prices are worth every dollar. their seafood deluxe combo is solid: fried shrimp, whiting fish (i subbed flounder for $1.75 more), imitation crab sticks, and scallop cakes. you have the option of fries or rice; their veggie rice is nice.

“The service was excellent! Received soup and salad before the meal. Soup was warm and comforting. The salad had cucumber, purple cabbage, tomato and lettuce. Not sure what the dressing was but it totally complemented the veggies. The brazino fish was grilled to perfection and still tender inside. The rice was nice and shelly and aromatic. The meal ended with some delicious cups of tea. It was a beautiful meal with warm service!“

“I go to this place mostly every night. It's a great spot with great prices. The guy is so nice and understanding. They are clean, and the food choices are simple yet very delicious. The wait is about 5 minutes at most. No longer is the food hot upon serving. The drink choices are appealing and refreshing. They are also open at 7am. I even started eating there in the afternoon it was amazing as well, both men can man your meal. The pita bread is a choice to ask for which is warm as well and delivered. The green sauce is nice on the side. The salad is so refreshing, you don't need any salad dressing. I usually get chicken over rice with white sauce. They do not serve ranch dressing. Just call it white sauce. I have had the lamb but it's a little salty for me, slam the white sauce bomb. It's good, I had plenty when I need some salt. But chicken over rice is my thing and its universal everyone would like it. You can always check your food before leaving or ask to see it as well.“
