Tex's Chicken & Burgers is a reliable option for halal food, offering an exceptional chicken sandwich with a thick, freshly fried chicken breast, a great bun, and excellent lettuce. The fries are crispy hot, and the spicy chicken sandwich is a standout, surpassing even Popeyes. The atmosphere may be lively, but the food and staff are consistently excellent, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with ground-level access and a designated parking spot.
