Classic high ceiling bronx cafe. I came middle of week middle of day and got my cute little bacon egg and cheese. Staff was kind and service was quick and they also do catering and had a nice flow so I liked the spot ! No atm service though— trust in the spot

Some of these reviews are hilarious. Let me start by saying I have never had any problems with this place . I am a straight up picky and Grumpy when I’m not happy with restaurants. This place smacks !! DELICIOUS!!! The Breakfast is fire . I had Pankcakes which is dam good . I had the Chicken soups with bread on the side and that was great as well . Madison Cafe is a neighborhood gem, serving delicious dishes just a few blocks away. The menu features tasty quesadillas and wraps, as well as mouthwatering chicken tenders and fries. While the cheesecake may not meet expectations, the atmosphere and waitstaff are impressive. However, the male staff behind the counter can be unreliable, which may deter some customers.
